O motivo? A crise econ\u00f4mica brasileira.<\/p>\n<p>O evento nasceu de maneira fulminante no ano de 2012, logo ap\u00f3s os Jogos Ol\u00edmpicos de Londres sendo realizado na piscina do complexo Julio de Lamare no Rio de Janeiro. Participaram do evento \u00edcones da nata\u00e7\u00e3o internacional como Florent Manaudou da Fran\u00e7a, James Magnussen da Austr\u00e1lia, Josh Schneider dos Estados Unidos e <a href=\"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/atleta\/bruno-fratus\/\">Bruno Fratus<\/a> do Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>A Effect Sport \u00e9 a produtora do evento em parceira com a <strong>SWIM CHANNEL<\/strong> e tamb\u00e9m com a Rede Globo de Televis\u00e3o. Em reuni\u00e3o frequente entre os gestores do evento, a inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 levar ao publico uma competi\u00e7\u00e3o com 1 hora de dura\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e1cil entendimento ao telespectador, al\u00e9m de definir n\u00e3o somente um atleta campe\u00e3o, mas sim um pa\u00eds campe\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A partir da segunda edi\u00e7\u00e3o o evento ficou famoso entre os melhores atletas do mundo.
