A competi\u00e7\u00e3o, que conta com provas de \u00e1guas abertas, stand up paddle e duatlhon, tamb\u00e9m oferecer\u00e1 um workshop especial dois dias antes da prova.<\/p>\n<p>O workshop ser\u00e1 realizado no dia 9, no shopping Praia da Costa que fica pr\u00f3ximo ao local da prova. Ser\u00e3o tr\u00eas palestras oferecidas pelos profissionais do esporte\u00a0Larissa Zink, Samir Barel e Lila Tavares. Larissa \u00e9 coaching e educadora f\u00edsica e dar\u00e1 uma palestra sobre\u00a0dicas e estrat\u00e9gias mentais para desportistas. Seu marido e ultramaratonista, Samir apresentar\u00e1 a palestra &#8220;Li\u00e7\u00f5es aprendidas&#8221; em que falar\u00e1 sobre mente, t\u00e9cnica e t\u00e1tica na maratona aqu\u00e1tica. Foto: divulga\u00e7\u00e3o\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>O evento, que tem parceria com a Ordem dos Advogados Brasileiros (OAB), conta com uma categoria pr\u00f3pria para os profissionais da \u00e1rea e oferece as dist\u00e2ncias de 100m (kids), 1 km, 2,5 km e 5 km nas provas de \u00e1guas abertas.\u00a0A travessia j\u00e1 \u00e9 parte tamb\u00e9m do patrim\u00f4nio do estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo e homenageia o colono Jo\u00e3o Moreno.<\/p>\n<p>A prova ser\u00e1 as 7h da manh\u00e3 do domingo. Todos os participantes recebem KIT e medalhas de participa\u00e7\u00e3o, para as primeiras coloca\u00e7\u00f5es de categorias e gerias haver\u00e1 premia\u00e7\u00e3o especial.
