Que os paraquedas para treino s\u00e3o uma excelente pedida para os nadadores, todos j\u00e1 est\u00e3o cansados de saber. Mas um novo modelo entra no mercado com um formato diferente, que potencializa os ganhos dos treinos dos atletas, especialmente de for\u00e7a muscular e resist\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

O acess\u00f3rio lan\u00e7ado pela Cepall levou o nome de Squid, e, n\u00e3o coincidentemente, tem o formato de uma lula pequena, na tradu\u00e7\u00e3o da palavra do ingl\u00eas. Ela amplia a resist\u00eancia da \u00e1gua, sem provocar algum tipo de sobrecarga prejudicial ao nadador. No caso, o destaque \u00e9 o sistema de ajuste Rope Clamp na sua extremidade, que faz com que o atleta possa adequar o aparelho a diferentes n\u00edveis, conforme o condicionamento f\u00edsico e o objetivo final. Isso facilita para que n\u00e3o seja necess\u00e1rio trocar o tamanho do paraquedas convencional conforme a intensidade do exerc\u00edcio.<\/p>\n

“Sempre foi muito contradit\u00f3rio o trabalho de for\u00e7a fora d’\u00e1gua para nadadores, onde fica dif\u00edcil quantificar a transfer\u00eancia do ganho for\u00e7a para a nata\u00e7\u00e3o. O trabalho resistido com a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos paraquedas propicia um ganho de for\u00e7a espec\u00edfico, j\u00e1 que os gestos e movimentos dos nados s\u00e3o reproduzidos perfeitamente mesmo com a sobrecarga do material”, explica o t\u00e9cnico Rodrigo Trivi\u00f1o (head coach da equipe TNT e recordista mundial master dos 50m e 100 m costas).<\/p>\n
