O Desafio de 40 km poder\u00e1 ser realizado entre os dias 28 de fevereiro e 5 de mar\u00e7o, dependendo das condi\u00e7\u00f5es do mar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Comecei com a ideia desse desafio no ano passado. Serei o segundo nadador a fazer esse desafio, que ainda n\u00e3o \u00e9 homologado. <a href=\"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/40-km-de-camburi-a-alcatrazes-a-nado\/\">O primeiro a faz\u00ea-lo foi o Ricardo Augusto<\/a>. Pretendo sair de Camburi de madrugada (entre as 3h e 3h30 da manh\u00e3), e como ser\u00e1 uma prova longa estaremos sujeitos as mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas no meio da prova. Estou estimando fazer a travessia entre 10 e 14 horas. Na \u00e9poca nadava em piscina, mas em 2010 migrou para as \u00e1guas abertas. No ano de 2015 passou a realizar provas em dist\u00e2ncias maiores come\u00e7ando pela Maratona Aqu\u00e1tica 14 Bis e nunca mais parou.<\/p>\n<p>Desde ent\u00e3o nadou o Desafio da Ilha do Arvoredo (25 km) em 2017, fez outras tr\u00eas provas da 14 Bis, nadou duas vezes a Travessia da Ilha do Mel (23 km) em 2016 e 2017 e no ano passado completou a Travessia do Leme ao Pontal, que foi a maior dist\u00e2ncia que j\u00e1 fez (36 km).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Atualmente treino com o Glauco Rangel que me passa os treinos. Tenho uma rotina pesada com treinos de 7 km em m\u00e9dia. Fa\u00e7o um treino longo sempre no fim de semana entre 10 a 20 km&#8221;, conta o ultramaratonista.<\/p>\n<p>Edgar tem como objetivo realizar a Travessia do Canal da Mancha (entre Fran\u00e7a e Inglaterra) em 2021 e nadar a Tr\u00edplice Coroa Sul Americana em 2020, que al\u00e9m da Travessia do Leme ao Pontal, re\u00fane a Travessia Rio de la Plata\u00a0(42 km) entre a Argentina e o Uruguai e\u00a0 o Canal de Beagles (14 km) nas \u00e1guas geladas entre Argentina e\u00a0o Chile.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O ultramaratonista aqu\u00e1tico Edgar Coelho ser\u00e1 o segundo nadador a encarar o Desafio de Alcatrazes, entre a Praia de Camburi, no litoral norte de S\u00e3o Paulo e o Arquip\u00e9lago de Alcatrazes.
