No \u00faltimo s\u00e1bado, feriado de 12 de outubro, aconteceu a segunda etapa do projeto Viva a Aventura<\/strong><\/a> na Ilha dos Gatos, na costa da Praia de Camburi, em S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o. A a\u00e7\u00e3o idealizada por Ricardo Augusto consiste em conscientizar as pessoas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e incentivar contato direto com a natureza, acontece em clima amistoso atrav\u00e9s de passeios aqu\u00e1ticos por lugares de vasta beleza natural no litoral norte paulista.<\/p>\n

Um grupo de atletas se reuniram para desbravar as l\u00edmpidas \u00e1guas da regi\u00e3o e curtir o s\u00e1bado de muito sol. Entre esses participantes estavam nadadores de diferentes perfis. Desde os iniciantes na modalidade at\u00e9 os com vasta experi\u00eancia, passando por aqueles que buscam evoluir na modalidade provas ap\u00f3s prova. O Viva a Aventura, que n\u00e3o distribui pr\u00eamios ou medalhas, busca justamente ser acess\u00edvel a todos os tipos de nadadores e promover uma experi\u00eancia inesquec\u00edvel a todos.<\/p>\n

“Participar de um evento como esse \u00e9 muito gratificante porque a gente acaba entrando no clima do projeto e tamb\u00e9m conhecendo novos participantes de eventos de \u00e1guas abertas”, conta Claudia Carrapatoso que tem no curr\u00edculo participa\u00e7\u00e3o em v\u00e1rios eventos de \u00e1guas abertas e o t\u00edtulo de campe\u00e3 mundial master conquistado este ano em Gwangju. Ela, que j\u00e1 havia nadado a primeira etapa do Viva a Aventura na Ilha Vit\u00f3ria a a Volta a Nado de Alcatrazes, disse tamb\u00e9m que a experi\u00eancia deste fim de semana foi incr\u00edvel.<\/p>\n

“Foi um fim de semana maravilhoso, nota dez. \u00c9 sempre um desafio nadar no mar e correu tudo bem, com a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o impec\u00e1vel e o clima, que ajudou bastante. Havia sol, o mar estava tranquilo e a \u00e1gua bastante transparente onde pudemos observar a beleza natural da regi\u00e3o. \u00c9 sempre um prazer poder participar desses eventos e espero faz\u00ea-los novamente no futuro”, disse a nadadora.<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o do Viva a Aventura tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 indicada para nadadores que estejam passando por fases de mudan\u00e7a. \u00c9 o caso de Priscila Moraes. Entusiasta das \u00e1guas abertas h\u00e1 muitos anos, ela sempre nadou provas mais curtas de 1 km e 1,5 km. Agora esta decidida a aumentar a metragem para encarar novos desafios e o passeio aqu\u00e1tico de 5 km na Ilha dos Gatos caiu como uma luva para ela. “Foi sem d\u00favida muito legal poder nadar l\u00e1 com a galera. Foi uma experi\u00eancia diferente, j\u00e1 que o ritmo era outro e totalmente diferente de uma competi\u00e7\u00e3o. Por\u00e9m, valeu a pena para testar meus limites e me preparar para eventos futuros”, disse\u00a0a nadadora que tamb\u00e9m foi bastante motivada e encorajada pelo seu t\u00e9cnico.<\/p>\n

“O fato de ter sido um evento menor e com pouca gente em compara\u00e7\u00e3o a um evento competitivo, tamb\u00e9m foi importante para mim. Foi bacana porque tive assist\u00eancia de caiaque durante todo o percurso e a esposa do Ricardo Augusto nadou junto comigo me acompanhando. Isso \u00e9 \u00f3timo tamb\u00e9m para saber como esta meu ritmo e para saber o quanto eu aguento visando uma prova maior de \u00e1guas abertas”, conclui Priscila. Um exemplo de como esse tipo de a\u00e7\u00e3o pode reunir atletas de todos os perfis e n\u00edveis t\u00e9cnicos.<\/p>\n

A pr\u00f3xima etapa do projeto Viva a Aventura ser\u00e1 um pouco diferente do habitual. O passeio dessa vez ser\u00e1 noturno no dia 7 de dezembro, v\u00e9spera da tradicional travessia Fuga das Ilhas. Nomeada como Fuga ao Luar justamente devido a famosa prova, um grupo de 20 atletas far\u00e1 um excurs\u00e3o aqu\u00e1tica noturna de 2 km na Barra do Sahy logo ap\u00f3s curtirem o p\u00f4r do sol. Uma forma de nadar a noite e ter mais uma experi\u00eancia memor\u00e1vel. As vagas para esta prova s\u00e3o limitadas e podem ser feitas atrav\u00e9s do site oficial do Viva a Aventura<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A temporada termina dia 14 de dezembro coma a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do passeio aqu\u00e1tico de 10 km nas \u00e1guas do Rio Guaratuba, em Bertioga. E no in\u00edcio de 2020, mais precisamente no dia 4 de abril, acontecer\u00e1 mais uma edi\u00e7\u00e3o da Volta a Nado em Alcatrazes, um passeio de cerca de 7 km pela famosa ilha do litoral norte paulista.
