Uma coisa \u00e9 certa: a chegada \u00e0 terceira idade \u00e9 cercada de anseios e estigmas, mas a verdade \u00e9 que cada vez mais, a forma como encaramos essa fase da vida muda a cada gera\u00e7\u00e3o. Ser \u201cvelho\u201d n\u00e3o \u00e9 empecilho para uma vida saud\u00e1vel, por exemplo. Ao contr\u00e1rio, pode at\u00e9 ser um bom momento para come\u00e7ar uma atividade f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Abaixo, listamos os benef\u00edcios da pr\u00e1tica de atividades f\u00edsicas na terceira idade:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Conv\u00edvio Social:<\/em> <\/strong>Aulas em grupo, como hidrogin\u00e1stica, ou nata\u00e7\u00e3o, permitem intera\u00e7\u00e3o do idoso com mais pessoas da sua idade, garantindo seu bem-estar e uma sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de pertencimento que at\u00e9 aumenta autoestima.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Qualidade de Vida:<\/em> <\/strong>Em qualquer idade, as atividades f\u00edsicas aumentam a nossa disposi\u00e7\u00e3o. Para os idosos, t\u00eam tamb\u00e9m a vantagem de preservar sua autonomia, prevenindo a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da for\u00e7a muscular. Vale lembrar sempre que a supervis\u00e3o e recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o de um profissional \u00e9 indispens\u00e1vel para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos exerc\u00edcios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Melhora na Sa\u00fade:<\/em> <\/strong>Os benef\u00edcios \u00e0 sa\u00fade s\u00e3o in\u00fameros, como a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o e preven\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares, card\u00edacas e pulmonares, controle de diabetes e artrite e fortalecimento muscular.
