Praticamente todos os pa\u00edses do mundo j\u00e1 tiveram casos de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o e mortes confirmadas nos \u00faltimos meses devido ao v\u00edrus.<\/p>\n<p>A rotina de toda popula\u00e7\u00e3o mundial foi alterada e o esporte tamb\u00e9m sofre os efeitos da pandemia. Competi\u00e7\u00f5es canceladas, piscinas fechadas e atletas confinados sem poderem treinar. Isso h\u00e1 pouco mais de quatro meses do in\u00edcio dos Jogos Ol\u00edmpicos de T\u00f3quio, que mesmo com a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea Ol\u00edmpico Internacional (COI) segue amea\u00e7ado.<\/p>\n<p>Mas mesmo confinado os nadadores est\u00e3o encontrado um jeito para manterem-se ativos. Seja atrav\u00e9s de treinos funcionais ou nadando em pequenas piscinas adaptando seus treinos com aux\u00edlio de acess\u00f3rios como el\u00e1sticos e extensores, os atletas buscam n\u00e3o ficarem parados. Mas ser\u00e1 que h\u00e1 problema em entrar na piscina?<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23209\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23209\" style=\"width: 512px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23209\" src=\"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/unnamed.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"206\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23209\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Logomarca da FINA &#8211; Foto: Reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>De acordo com a Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade (OMS) e diversas pesquisas cient\u00edficas, j\u00e1 foi confirmado que o v\u00edrus n\u00e3o sobrevive \u00e0 \u00e1gua clorada e dessa forma n\u00e3o pode se disseminar e contaminar outras pessoas. Por\u00e9m, devem-se seguir algumas regras para evitar maiores problemas como evitar superlota\u00e7\u00e3o em piscina e fazer os procedimentos de higiene antes e depois do treino, por exemplo.<\/p>\n<p>A FINA tamb\u00e9m publicou um informativo com as principais medidas de higiene que os nadadores devem ter e disponibilizou o documento em seu site oficial que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fina.org\/sites\/default\/files\/fina_covid-19_presentation.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>pode ser conferido aqui<\/strong><\/a>. Sugerimos que os nadadores do Brasil e do mundo baixem esse manual e repassem para todos os contatos poss\u00edveis. Deve-se seguir as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00e9dicas, mas antes de tudo \u00e9 importante se preservar.
