A seguir, veja ideias para incrementar a sua rotina com exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>O distanciamento social que impede a prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o do Coronav\u00edrus mudou completamente a rotina de basicamente toda a popula\u00e7\u00e3o mundial. Mas, dentro das possibilidades, podemos tentar estabelecer um dia a dia saud\u00e1vel.\u00a0Uma das coisas a se fazer \u00e9 n\u00e3o deixar de praticar atividades f\u00edsicas. Em casa tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 poss\u00edvel! Por isso, separamos dicas para te ajudar nessa tarefa.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quem frequenta a academia pode adaptar os treinos com objetos que j\u00e1 tenha em casa. Para os exerc\u00edcios com carga, servem pacotes de arroz e feij\u00e3o ou garrafas pet com l\u00edquido dentro, para os de alongamento, cabos de vassouras e toalhas, e para os aer\u00f3bicos, os degraus de escadas. Uma dica \u00e9 procurar tutoriais na internet ou consultar o seu personal trainer.
