A pr\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos. Qual deles? O que agradar mais o praticante. \u00c9 que, durante o exerc\u00edcio, o organismo produz serotonina e endorfina, que ajudam a aliviar o estresse, a ansiedade e o mal estar. Estima-se que, no Brasil, 70% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o esteja sob condi\u00e7\u00f5es de estresse no trabalho, segundo dados do ISMA (International Stress Management Association).<\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, quem ainda n\u00e3o faz um exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico est\u00e1 na hora de come\u00e7ar! Ap\u00f3s um dia de trabalho, o corpo pode apresentar sintomas de fadiga devido ao esfor\u00e7o cognitivo e de estresse e acumular energia. A mente foca no momento, \u201cafastando\u201d os problemas. \u201cAcredito que existem diversos benef\u00edcios, como por exemplo, voc\u00ea estar em contato com \u00e1gua auxiliando o relaxamento.
