Mas essa travessia tamb\u00e9m tem hist\u00f3rias curiosas tidas por muitos como absurdas. E mais uma delas poder\u00e1 ser registrada na semana que vem.<\/p>\n<p>Trata-se da prova em revezamento da equipe brit\u00e2nica Big Ricks Swim Team. O time composto pelas experientes nadadoras Melanie Holland, Claire Thorn, Lucy Lloyd-Roach e Sarah Hempenstall tentar\u00e1 registrar um feito in\u00e9dito nas \u00e1guas do Canal: ser a primeira equipe feminina a concluir a travessia no formato de revezamento medley. Isso mesmo, cada uma nadar\u00e1 durante uma hora um estilo de nata\u00e7\u00e3o. Por exemplo, Sarah que ir\u00e1 de crawl provavelmente nadar\u00e1 a maior dist\u00e2ncia j\u00e1 que este \u00e9 o estilo mais veloz. Por outro lado, Claire ser\u00e1 que nadar\u00e1 menos quil\u00f4metros porque vai de peito. De qualquer forma, temos que levar em conta tamb\u00e9m que o esfor\u00e7o f\u00edsico que cada nadadora dever\u00e1 fazer ao longo do percurso. Afinal n\u00e3o deve ser nada f\u00e1cil nadar borboleta durante uma hora nas \u00e1guas do Canal da Mancha<\/p>\n<p><span>Todas as quatro nadadoras j\u00e1 cruzaram o Canal da Mancha a nado antes em formato de revezamento e agora buscam arrecadar dinheiro para a campanha <\/span><em>Surfers Against Sewage<\/em><span>, que tem como objetivo proteger oceanos, praias e vida selvagem no mar.
