Cada vez mais os eventos esportivos, tanto de maratonas aqu\u00e1ticas como de triathlon incluem na sua programa\u00e7\u00e3o esse tipo de prova. \u00c9 um esporte bem democr\u00e1tico pois participam tanto os triatletas quanto os nadadores e os corredores.<\/p>\n<p>Por experi\u00eancia pr\u00f3pria, fui nadador a vida toda e acabei me apaixonando pela modalidade. Tamanha acessibilidade acaba tornando as provas muito mais disputadas e cada vez mais o n\u00edvel aumenta. E t\u00e3o importante quanto treinar e competir nessas provas, realizar um bom aquecimento \u00e9 um fator imprescind\u00edvel para se dar bem e dar o seu melhor. Como na maioria das vezes o padr\u00e3o tem sido 1 km de nata\u00e7\u00e3o + 5 km de corrida ent\u00e3o come\u00e7aremos aquecendo a corrida. Ap\u00f3s isso apenas fa\u00e7a um trote leve ou caminhada para soltar os m\u00fasculos e terminar a parte de corrida do aquecimento.<\/p>\n<p>Fa\u00e7a o aquecimento de 30 a 40 minutos antes da largada para que assim voc\u00ea termine a parte da corrida no hor\u00e1rio em que a \u00e1rea de transi\u00e7\u00e3o estar\u00e1 aberta, o que te dar\u00e1 tranquilidade para poder arrumar tudo como: t\u00eanis, n\u00famero de peito ou cinto, bon\u00e9, viseira e tudo mais que queira e possa deixar na transi\u00e7\u00e3o, deixando voc\u00ea livre para terminar o aquecimento na parte aqu\u00e1tica, algo que muitos atletas negligenciam ou o fazem muito pouco. Uns 5 minutos nadando, aproveitando para visualizar as boias, percurso, melhor local para a transi\u00e7\u00e3o entre nata\u00e7\u00e3o e corrida (mais afastado ou aproximado da areia para levantar), pontos de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o fora d\u2019\u00e1gua, tudo para n\u00e3o ser pego de surpresa durante a prova. Acredite, isso pode definir o seu desempenho.<\/p>\n<p>Finalize com pequenos tiros de 10 a 20 bra\u00e7adas na \u00e1gua e outros tiros com transi\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1gua para corrida para acostumar o corpo com a mudan\u00e7a do meio aqu\u00e1tico para o terrestre. Ao final apenas solte, descanse e se concentre.
