{"id":25811,"date":"2020-08-26T00:30:09","date_gmt":"2020-08-26T03:30:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/?p=25811"},"modified":"2020-08-26T12:16:07","modified_gmt":"2020-08-26T15:16:07","slug":"buscando-melhorar-a-performance-e-prevencao-de-lesoes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/buscando-melhorar-a-performance-e-prevencao-de-lesoes\/","title":{"rendered":"Buscando melhorar a performance e preven\u00e7\u00e3o de les\u00f5es?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O ex-integrante da sele\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira Fernando Biazzoto, que atua como educador f\u00edsico desde 2008 traz para o Centro Aqu\u00e1tico <strong>SWIM CHANNEL<\/strong> um trabalho fundamental para complementar o preparo dos atletas, sejam eles iniciantes ou profissionais.<\/p>\n<p>Utilizando o conhecido protocolo FMS Functional Movement Screen (avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do movimento funcional) e unindo a seus conhecimentos de mobilidade e libera\u00e7\u00e3o miofascial, o profissional realizar\u00e1 uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o onde ser\u00e3o executados sete exerc\u00edcios considerados movimentos funcionais padr\u00e3o para o corpo humano e com o objetivo de identificar limita\u00e7\u00f5es no atleta, seja ela de mobilidade, flexibilidade ou for\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Essas limita\u00e7\u00f5es podem estar impedindo o atleta de desenvolver seus movimentos com na sua melhor efici\u00eancia. Dessa forma podemos descobrir fatores que podem estar dificultando o nadador em ganhar for\u00e7a, realizar uma corre\u00e7\u00e3o de nado ou at\u00e9 mesmo antecipando uma fadiga causada por esse fato.<\/p>\n<p>O resultado de cada avalia\u00e7\u00e3o direciona para poss\u00edveis limita\u00e7\u00f5es em algumas articula\u00e7\u00f5es onde iremos atuar com os exerc\u00edcios corretivos para reestabelecer a funcionalidade. Flexibilidade refere-se aos m\u00fasculos e requer elemento de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1tica, enquanto mobilidade visa as articula\u00e7\u00f5es e requer movimento.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da alta performance, essas duas val\u00eancias s\u00e3o fundamentais para a preven\u00e7\u00e3o de les\u00f5es e obter um bom desempenho constante durante toda a temporada de treinamento e competi\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Mobilidade \u00e9 a capacidade do corpo em realizar movimentos livres de qualquer restri\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 de fundamental import\u00e2ncia para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou restaura\u00e7\u00e3o da amplitude \u00f3tima do movimento. Est\u00e1 ligada ao movimento volunt\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMobilidade antes de estabilidade, estabilidade antes do movimento e movimento antes de for\u00e7a\u201d<\/em> (Gray Cook).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Porque Libera\u00e7\u00e3o Miofacial?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00e1scia \u00e9 um tecido conjuntivo que envolve os m\u00fasculos conectando-os entre si, com isso a a\u00e7\u00e3o de um m\u00fasculo interfere em outro m\u00fasculo. Independente de qual seja fun\u00e7\u00e3o de um m\u00fasculo ele n\u00e3o trabalha isoladamente, os m\u00fasculos possuem fun\u00e7\u00e3o integrada.
