Depois da etapa de mar\u00e7o ter sido cancelada, o maior festival de esportes aqu\u00e1ticos de praia ter\u00e1 duas etapas no final do ano: em B\u00fazios e depois em Niter\u00f3i com diversas provas para todos os gostos e n\u00edveis. Entre elas est\u00e1 a disputa do Beach Biathlon, 1 km de nata\u00e7\u00e3o com 2,5 km de corrida na areia. E seja qual for o seu objetivo, \u00e9 sempre bom ficar de olho em algumas dicas para poder competir bem e conseguir o melhor resultado poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p>A prova do Beach Biathlon costuma ser uma das primeiras da programa\u00e7\u00e3o, normalmente ap\u00f3s o Beach Run, ent\u00e3o tente chegar mais ou menos 1 hora antes da prova, para poder ter tempo para aquecer, se preparar e depois ir para a largada com calma. A primeira dica \u00e9 ainda na largada. Dependendo do seu objetivo, caso v\u00e1 para disputar seja no geral ou faixa et\u00e1ria, tente se posicionar o mais a frente da linha de largada poss\u00edvel. Sempre respeitando o espa\u00e7o dos outros competidores, afinal ningu\u00e9m iria gostar de ser empurrado e passado para tr\u00e1s bem na hora de estar concentrado.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Freierainhadomar%2Fvideos%2F2565603660215041%2F&amp;show_text=0&amp;width=476\" width=\"476\" height=\"476\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por isso tente ficar o mais reto poss\u00edvel em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a primeira boia, para poder fazer o menor trajeto poss\u00edvel, ou caso queira evitar o tumulto da largada, v\u00e1 mais para as laterais. Se o seu objetivo \u00e9 apenas aproveitar a prova sem se preocupar com performance ent\u00e3o se posicione mais atr\u00e1s na largada para evitar ser \u201cengolido\u201d na hora de entrar na \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a prova come\u00e7ar, outra dica: a largada do Beach Biathlon costuma ter uma pequena corrida antes de entrar na \u00e1gua. N\u00e3o d\u00ea um sprint nessa hora, v\u00e1 correndo moderado, pois assim que entrar na \u00e1gua teremos o primeiro desafio que \u00e9 furar as ondas e passar da arrebenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Dependendo da condi\u00e7\u00e3o do mar isso pode comprometer o seu f\u00f4lego, ent\u00e3o v\u00e1 com calma e sem afoba\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Em seguida tente manter um ritmo forte, por\u00e9m confort\u00e1vel. Na hora de sair da \u00e1gua outra dica, apenas se levante quando seu bra\u00e7o come\u00e7ar a encostar na areia, voc\u00ea estar\u00e1 com a \u00e1gua na altura dos joelhos, que \u00e9 a profundidade ideal para j\u00e1 poder sair correndo sem perder tempo tendo que arrastar seu corpo na \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n<p>O Beach Biathlon n\u00e3o possui \u00e1rea de transi\u00e7\u00e3o para troca de material, ou seja, quando sair da \u00e1gua j\u00e1 pode come\u00e7ar a corrida diretamente, por isso \u00e9 indicado o uso de trajes pr\u00f3prios para as duas modalidades.
