A primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o do desafio das Ilhas Cagarras Adventure tem uma novidade. O evento, que vai acontecer nos dias 6 e 7 de fevereiro, alterou o n\u00famero limite de integrantes dos revezamentos que nadar\u00e3o os 5 km entre as Ilhas Cagarras e a Praia de Ipanema na costa carioca. Antes eram permitidos cinco atletas por equipe e agora cada revezamento poder\u00e1 inscrever at\u00e9 tr\u00eas atletas.<\/p>\n

As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es para o evento da X3M foram abertas nesta quinta-feira e podem ser feitas aqui<\/a><\/strong>. Ao todo ser\u00e3o permitidas 33 equipes e quando este n\u00famero m\u00e1ximo for atingido, as inscri\u00e7\u00f5es se encerrar\u00e3o automaticamente. J\u00e1 o regulamento de disputa da prova n\u00e3o foi afetado e os times participantes devem cruzar a linha de chegada com todos os seus membros juntos.<\/p>\n

A estrat\u00e9gia para este tipo de prova varia de equipe para equipe e cabe ao time definir o que fazer. Por exemplo, equipes podem colocar um nadador na frente para puxar os demais que vem em sua esteira ou podem nadar todos juntos, lado a lado no mesmo ritmo. Lembrando que cada revezamento tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 livre para escolher se os integrantes (um ou mais atletas) usar\u00e3o ou n\u00e3o palmar e\/ou p\u00e9 de pato.<\/p>\n

Este formato em trio \u00e9 bastante semelhante com a vers\u00e3o utilizada pela Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional de Nata\u00e7\u00e3o (FINA) entre os Campeonatos Mundiais de 2011 e 2015.\u00a0 Neste campeonatos os tr\u00eas nadadores de cada sele\u00e7\u00e3o nadavam o percurso de 5 km juntos e as tr\u00eas equipes que faziam a prova mais equilibrada subiam o p\u00f3dio.\u00a0O Brasil inclusive, tem duas medalhas neste per\u00edodo com Poliana Okimoto, Allan do Carmo e Samuel de Bona em Barcelona-2013 e com Ana Marcela Cunha, Allan do Carmo e Diogo Villarinho em Kazan-2015.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m da prova haver\u00e1 algumas palestras no s\u00e1bado dia 6 com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do nadador ol\u00edmpico e deputado federal Luiz Lima, do nutricionista esportivo Dr. Rafael Bras\u00edlia, do coordenador do triathlon e paratriathlon nos Jogos-Rio 2016 e organizador do primeiro SwimRun no Brasil Fabio Scandariam e do ex-comandante do BOPE Ren\u00e9 Alonso. No mesmo dia e local (Hotel Fairmont) haver\u00e1 a entrega dos kits e um simp\u00f3sio t\u00e9cnico aos nadadores. Ap\u00f3s a prova o atletas poder\u00e3o usufruir do servi\u00e7o de recovery do CareClub em Ipanema.<\/p>\n
