Seus advogados apelaram ao Tribunal Federal Su\u00ed\u00e7o, apresentando provas de que Frattini, que era o presidente do painel, havia feito coment\u00e1rios xen\u00f3fobos em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 China em suas redes sociais. Diante destas circunst\u00e2ncias relevantes, o Tribunal Su\u00ed\u00e7o considerou que as d\u00favidas quanto \u00e0 imparcialidade do \u00e1rbitro eram justificadas.<\/p>\n<p>Com o recurso de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de revis\u00e3o pedido pelos advogados de Sun Yang de Sun e acatado pelo Tribunal, sua puni\u00e7\u00e3o de oito anos ser\u00e1 anulada enquanto se aguarda um segundo julgamento.
