Por ser um esporte seguro e recomendado por profissionais da \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade, os atletas que n\u00e3o tiveram uma viv\u00eancia neste esporte ou que n\u00e3o dedicam o tempo necess\u00e1rio para uma adapta\u00e7\u00e3o adequada dos tecidos (m\u00fasculos, tend\u00f5es e articula\u00e7\u00f5es) desrespeitam um importante fator: a progressividade. Tendo em vista que as contus\u00f5es mais comuns acontecem por &#8220;<em>overuse&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0(uso excessivo em portugu\u00eas), estes atletas est\u00e3o mais suscet\u00edveis a les\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Um programa individualizado de treinamento pode ser um bom come\u00e7o para a pr\u00e1tica segura da nata\u00e7\u00e3o. As les\u00f5es de cunho estruturais que acometem o nadador podem aparecer por altera\u00e7\u00e3o da biomec\u00e2nica da bra\u00e7ada , frouxid\u00e3o ligamentar, <em>overuse<\/em> ou ainda fadiga da musculatura do ombro, esc\u00e1pula e coluna.<\/p>\n<p>O ombro \u00e9 uma das articula\u00e7\u00f5es mais comprometidas na maioria dos atletas sendo que cada estilo ou tipo de prova apresenta particularidades. Podemos citar como exemplo os nadadores do estilo crawl, principalmente fundistas (longas dist\u00e2ncias), onde o ombro \u00e9 sem duvida a articula\u00e7\u00e3o que merece maior cuidado, j\u00e1 em velocistas os joelhos e a regi\u00e3o lombar s\u00e3o os principais pontos de les\u00e3o. Em nadadores de \u00e1guas abertas, al\u00e9m dos ombros, a regi\u00e3o cervical merece aten\u00e7\u00e3o pois costumam apresentar sintomas na cintura escapular (regi\u00e3o das esc\u00e1pulas). No estilo peito nitidamente sobrecarrega a regi\u00e3o lombar, m\u00fasculos adutores (regi\u00e3o interna da coxa) e joelhos. J\u00e1 no costas e borboleta ainda existe uma preval\u00eancia de les\u00f5es nas articula\u00e7\u00f5es dos ombros, sendo que no nado de borboleta a lombar se apresenta como um fator de queixa tamb\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>Tem-se observado, em situa\u00e7\u00e3o cl\u00ednica, um aumento significativo no atendimento de atletas, profissionais e amadores, apresentando quadro de les\u00f5es nas regi\u00f5es da lombar e joelhos. Os fatores biopsicossociais que envolvem os atletas profissionais, recreacionais e masters n\u00e3o podem ser ignorados pois, s\u00e3o parte importante do contexto para desenvolvimento do quadro de in\u00fameras contus\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Entre os principais fatores a serem considerados na din\u00e2mica de vida do atleta deste apaixonante esporte, alguns pontos devem ser \u00a0considerados de extrema import\u00e2ncia e bem observados na hora de prevenir <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">e<\/span> \u00a0ou tratar as les\u00f5es que se apresentam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entre eles est\u00e3o:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Treino adequado ou falta de (condicionamento);<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>T\u00e9cnica e v\u00edcios do gesto esportivo;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Quantidade (sobrecarga) e progressividade;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Postura (desequil\u00edbrios musculares);<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Descanso inadequado: intervalo entre treinos &#8211; m\u00e1 qualidade ou quantidade insuficiente de sono;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Fontes de estresse (relacionamentos, trabalho, lazer).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alguns atletas buscando atingir a performance ideal ignoram sintomas e sinais iniciais de uma poss\u00edvel les\u00e3o o que pode levar ao comprometimento de todo o trabalho planejado portanto, \u00e9 preciso estar atento e perceber as varia\u00e7\u00f5es tanto f\u00edsicas como emocionais para buscar o equil\u00edbrio e manter a sa\u00fade, nosso bem mais precioso.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Na nata\u00e7\u00e3o aptid\u00e3o, treinamento e a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o ao meio l\u00edquido, parecem ser fatores determinantes para a preven\u00e7\u00e3o de les\u00f5es.
