Esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o compromete todo o processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de energia por essa via de oxigena\u00e7\u00e3o, por\u00e9m, o organismo tem uma possibilidade de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o interessante: com menor disponibilidade de oxig\u00eanio o corpo aumenta a produ\u00e7\u00e3o \u00a0de gl\u00f3bulos vermelhos (hem\u00e1cias), na tentativa de otimizar o processo de absor\u00e7\u00e3o e transporte do oxig\u00eanio e minimizar os efeitos delet\u00e9rios do ar rarefeito.<\/p>\n<p>A ideia central do treinamento em altitude \u00e9 expor o organismo \u00e0 situa\u00e7\u00e3o de hipoxia (diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de oxig\u00eanio nos tecidos) para estimular diversos processos, como o aumento do endot\u00e9lio vascular (capilares sangu\u00edneos nos m\u00fasculos) e da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de hem\u00e1cias e de mioglobina (prote\u00edna respons\u00e1vel por carregar o oxig\u00eanio dentro das c\u00e9lulas musculares) apostando na melhora do seu sistema de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de energia aer\u00f3bica.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_28427\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-28427\" style=\"width: 557px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-28427\" src=\"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/rehder-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"557\" height=\"598\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/rehder-4.png 557w, https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/rehder-4-168x180.png 168w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 557px) 100vw, 557px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-28427\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Treinamento e fisioterapia em altitude &#8211; Foto: Alexander Rehder\/Instagram<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u00c9 nessa adapta\u00e7\u00e3o que as equipes de elite apostam.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns estudos mostram que entre 2.000 e 2.600 metros de altitude \u00e9 onde voc\u00ea encontra melhor essa adapta\u00e7\u00e3o e resultado sem perder muito a performance, e o per\u00edodo n\u00e3o menor que 21 dias, para que est\u00e1 adapta\u00e7\u00e3o perdurem por mais tempo assim concretizando ganhos fisiol\u00f3gicos por pelo menos dois a tr\u00eas meses.<\/p>\n<p>Para acompanhar os atletas nesses treinamentos, n\u00f3s fisioterapeutas temos que compreender esse processo para especificar nossas a\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>-A recupera\u00e7\u00e3o entre treinos desses atletas ser\u00e1 mais lenta nesse per\u00edodo, conforme a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o vai acontecendo teremos uma resposta melhor, por\u00e9m, a carga interna gerada vai aumentando, tornando muito importante o trabalho de recovery.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_28424\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-28424\" style=\"width: 564px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-28424\" src=\"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/rehder-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"564\" height=\"567\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/rehder-2.png 564w, https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/rehder-2-100x100.png 100w, https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/rehder-2-179x180.png 179w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 564px) 100vw, 564px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-28424\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Treinamento e fisioterapia em altitude &#8211; Foto: Alexander Rehder\/Instagram<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>-Outro ponto importante \u00e9 a sobrecarga da musculatura inspirat\u00f3ria acess\u00f3ria, principalmente na primeira semana de treinamento em altitude. Esternocleidomast\u00f3ideo, Escalenos (Anterior, M\u00e9dio e Posterior), Peitoral Menor e Maior, Latissimo do dorso, Serr\u00e1til Anterior e intercostais s\u00e3o m\u00fasculos que estar\u00e3o super ativados na tentativa de ajudar a captar mais oxig\u00eanio, esses m\u00fasculos al\u00e9m de ajudarem no processo de respira\u00e7\u00e3o, tem papel fundamental na biomec\u00e2nica da coluna cervical, tor\u00e1cica, ombros e MMSS.
