A \u00e1gua perdida durante a transpira\u00e7\u00e3o pode resultar em desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o, levando \u00e0 diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da capacidade de executar o exerc\u00edcio, preju\u00edzo \u00e0 sa\u00fade e aumento de frequ\u00eancia card\u00edaca, dificultando a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do treino.<\/p>\n<p>Ingest\u00e3o de cerca de dois litros de l\u00edquidos diariamente \u00e9 recomendada como h\u00e1bito alimentar adequado para qualquer indiv\u00edduo. Mas o atleta deve ter especial aten\u00e7\u00e3o e iniciar participa\u00e7\u00e3o em competi\u00e7\u00f5es com \u00f3timo estado de hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o. Para isso, recomenda-se consumo normal de l\u00edquidos durante o dia, 500ml duas horas antes e 250 a 500ml de quinze a trinta minutos antes do exerc\u00edcio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veja como calcular o quanto de l\u00edquidos deve-se consumir durante o treinamentos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Pese-se antes de iniciar a pr\u00f3xima sess\u00e3o de treinamento e ao fim desta. Some o peso perdido com a quantidade de l\u00edquidos ingeridos:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Peso pr\u00e9-treino: 70kg<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Peso p\u00f3s-treino: 68.9kg<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 L\u00edquidos consumidos durante o treino: 500 ml<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Total = 70 \u2013 68.9 = 1.1<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (Perda) 1.1 + 500 ml = 1.6 litros (recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o de consumo de l\u00edquido nos treinamentos seguintes)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Durante o evento, recomenda-se ingest\u00e3o de l\u00edquidos a cada quinze ou vinte minutos (180-250ml), numa tentativa de repor as perdas que ocorrem atrav\u00e9s da sudorese, produ\u00e7\u00e3o e elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de suor pelas gl\u00e2ndulas sudor\u00edparas. Infelizmente, fatores como diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da percep\u00e7\u00e3o da sede e pouco acesso a bebidas podem afetar negativamente o estado de hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o do atleta. N\u00e3o se recomenda utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de bebidas contendo apenas frutose, que podem causar dist\u00farbios gastrointestinais. Carboidratos ajudam na manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de glicemia e retarda in\u00edcio de fadiga.<\/p>\n<p>Adi\u00e7\u00e3o de s\u00f3dio \u00e0 bebida de hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3 \u00e9 recomendado para provas com dura\u00e7\u00e3o superior \u00e0 quatro horas, com objetivo de prevenir hiponatremia, baixa concentra\u00e7\u00e3o extracelular de s\u00f3dio. Fatores que interferem com palatabilidade &#8211; temperatura, adi\u00e7\u00e3o de s\u00f3dio, sabor da bebida &#8211; s\u00e3o importantes para melhorar aceita\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00edquidos. A bebida de hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o deve permitir r\u00e1pido esvaziamento g\u00e1strico e r\u00e1pida absor\u00e7\u00e3o intestinal. Para isso, devem ser observados volume ingerido, temperatura e composi\u00e7\u00e3o de carboidratos. Bebidas alco\u00f3licas, gaseificadas, ch\u00e1 preto, ch\u00e1 mate, caf\u00e9 e sucos de frutas concentrados n\u00e3o s\u00e3o recomendados para hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o durante atividades f\u00edsicas por provocarem alguns efeitos indesejados.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s competi\u00e7\u00e3o, o atleta deve receber l\u00edquidos \u00e0 vontade, de prefer\u00eancia acrescidos de carboidratos (1-2g\/kg, dependendo da intensidade), repondo perdas h\u00eddricas e iniciando reposi\u00e7\u00e3o de estoques de glicog\u00eanio (forma de armazenamento de a\u00e7\u00facares nas c\u00e9lulas animais).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 importante que o atleta se habitue ao seu esquema de hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o no per\u00edodo de treinamento para evitar transtornos durante a competi\u00e7\u00e3o.
