Ap\u00f3s uma intensa sequ\u00eancia com Jogos Ol\u00edmpicos no Rio de Janeiro, nove etapas da Copa do Mundo e o Campeonato Mundial de piscina curta de Windsor, muitos nadadores n\u00e3o tiveram tempo para descansar ou esticar suas f\u00e9rias. Neste primeiro m\u00eas de 2017 a Europa come\u00e7a a temporada com alguns meetings e torneios que servir\u00e3o como aquecimento e aperitivo para o Mundial de Budapeste em julho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O primeiro desses torneios come\u00e7a j\u00e1 neste fim de semana. Amanh\u00e3 tem in\u00edcio as disputas da Flanders Speedo Cup, tradicional evento disputado na Wezenberg Olympic Pool, na cidade de Antu\u00e9rpia. Entre os diversos nadadores inscritos destaque para as campe\u00e3s ol\u00edmpicas Katinka Hosszu e Mireia Belmonte que debutam na temporada. Uma curiosidade deste evento \u00e9 que o velocista Bruno Fratus \u00e9 o \u00fanico brasileiro detentor de algum recorde de campeonato. Uma das atra\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e1 o brasileiro Matheus Santana, que nadar\u00e1 sua primeira competi\u00e7\u00e3o representando a equipe americana do SwimMAC, onde esta treinando. O velocista nadar\u00e1 as provas de 50m e 100m livre e 50m borboleta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No final de semana seguinte \u00e9 a vez do EuroMeet, uma disputa anual que re\u00fane muitos nomes de peso em Luxemburgo. Entre os dias 27 e 29 de janeiro, grandes nomes do cen\u00e1rio europeu estar\u00e3o em a\u00e7\u00e3o como Adam Peaty, Sarah Sjostrom, Marco Koch, Camille Lacourt, Laszlo Cseh e claro a dama de ferro Katinka Hosszu que mais uma vez nadar\u00e1 um n\u00famero absurdo de provas e n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 surpresa se conseguir subir ao p\u00f3dio em todas elas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No mesmo fim de semana do EuroMeet o parque aqu\u00e1tico Hylliebadet em Malmo vai sediar o Swedish Grand Prix, que n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 a estrela local Sarah Sjostrom que optou por nadar o evento em Luxemburgo. De qualquer forma esta competi\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 v\u00e1lida pela Fina como oficial para registro de \u00edndices para o Mundial de Budapeste.
