A nadadora mergulhou por 85 metros sem emergir, em uma \u00e1gua com temperatura de 0\u00ba C. Fora d\u2019\u00e1gua a temperatura ambiente era de -22 \u00b0C. Aos 40 anos, Nekrasova completou o trajeto em 1min50s sem aux\u00edlio de roupa de mergulho mas com aparelhos de mergulho, quebrando o recorde anterior de 70 metros, estabelecido pela sul-africana Amber Fillary na Noruega em 2019.<\/div>\n<p>Desde a funda\u00e7\u00e3o da International Ice Swimming Association (IISA) em 2009, acontecem competi\u00e7\u00f5es oficiais de nata\u00e7\u00e3o no gelo. Esta modalidade testa n\u00e3o s\u00f3 as capacidades f\u00edsicas e t\u00e9cnicas do atleta, mas tamb\u00e9m a sua concentra\u00e7\u00e3o e toler\u00e2ncia a baixas temperaturas.
