O Tribunal Arbitral do Esporte (TAS\/CAS) anunciou hoje que o nadador <a href=\"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/sun-yang\/\">Sun Yang<\/a> ser\u00e1 julgado entre os dias 24 e 28 de maio. O primeiro julgamento que havia condenado o chin\u00eas a oito anos de suspens\u00e3o, acabou sendo revisto devido a coment\u00e1rios xen\u00f3fobos e racistas proferido por Franco Frattini, respons\u00e1vel pelo caso. O juiz italiano usou o Twitter para ofender chineses e suas tradi\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A defesa do nadador ent\u00e3o entrou com pedido Tribunal Federal Su\u00ed\u00e7o alegando que o juiz havia sido parcial e conseguiu com que o caso fosse anulado. Com esse novo julgamento o chin\u00eas tem esperan\u00e7as de poder estar apto para nadar os Jogos Ol\u00edmpicos de T\u00f3quio este ano caso a decis\u00e3o seja favor\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>O seis vezes medalhista ol\u00edmpico esta sendo julgado devido ao controverso caso do exame antidoping de setembro e 2018 quando se negou fazer exame de urina e ter destru\u00eddo amostras de sangue por alegar que elas haviam sido colhidas indevidamente por fiscais que n\u00e3o apresentavam suas identifica\u00e7\u00f5es. Em fevereiro de 2020 ele havia sido condenado a oito anos de suspens\u00e3o, que praticamente decretaria o fim de sua carreira.<\/p>\n<p>Sun Yang segue treinando em seu pa\u00eds e caso consiga escapar de uma condena\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 um nome certo no time ol\u00edmpico chin\u00eas. Por\u00e9m, a tend\u00eancia \u00e9 que ele seja novamente punido.
