Outro ponto positivo de se correr de t\u00eanis \u00e9 evitar o atrito que a areia possa causar na sua pele, mais especificamente na sola do p\u00e9 e entre os dedos.<\/p>\n<p>Agora caso goste de correr na areia fofa, ser\u00e1 melhor faz\u00ea-lo descal\u00e7o. Apesar da superf\u00edcie ser bem inst\u00e1vel, o p\u00e9 descal\u00e7o ir\u00e1 firmar um pouco melhor do que com t\u00eanis, evitando assim qualquer tipo de les\u00e3o ou entorse. Eu costumo variar bastante, pois adoro correr de t\u00eanis, mas ao correr descal\u00e7o a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de liberdade nos p\u00e9s tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 \u00f3tima.
