Seja para disputar provas de maratonas aqu\u00e1ticas, como para provas de aquathlon e triathlon, onde a parte aqu\u00e1tica \u00e9 considerada cada vez mais importante. Mas como ser\u00e1 a diferen\u00e7a do treino para quem disputa provas de aquathlon (nata\u00e7\u00e3o e corrida) para provas de maratonas aqu\u00e1ticas? Eis as principais caracter\u00edsticas de cada treinamento.<\/p>\n<p>Provas de aquathlon s\u00e3o compostas de duas modalidades, nata\u00e7\u00e3o e corrida, ent\u00e3o a principal diferen\u00e7a \u00e9 que voc\u00ea precisar\u00e1 dividir o seu tempo de treinamento para dois esportes diferentes, o que j\u00e1 deixa o treino de nata\u00e7\u00e3o menor se comparado a um treino para provas de maratona aqu\u00e1tica apenas. Como a nata\u00e7\u00e3o no aquathlon costuma ser, em m\u00e9dia, de 1 km por prova, os treinos costumam ser mais intensos, com menos volume e mais tiros curtos. Ent\u00e3o o foco do treino j\u00e1 muda completamente pois o principal al\u00e9m de for\u00e7a ser\u00e1 a resist\u00eancia. Ser\u00e3o treinos maiores, s\u00e9ries mais longas e espec\u00edficas para o tamanho da metragem que ir\u00e1 competir.
