Essa \u00e9 a ideia do 24h Nadando, evento beneficente que vai rolar na cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo das 10h do dia 9 de outubro at\u00e9 \u00e0s 10h do dia seguinte. A iniciativa tem como lema &#8220;<em>A melhor bra\u00e7ada \u00e9 ajudar o pr\u00f3ximo&#8221;<\/em>, e ter\u00e1 toda sua arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o destinada ao Instituto Poliana Okimoto.<\/p>\n<p>O desafio vai acontecer na piscina de 25 metros do Centro Universit\u00e1rio \u00cdtalo Brasileiro e segundo os idealizadores da a\u00e7\u00e3o, todas as seis raias ficar\u00e3o ocupadas durante o evento. Os interessados podem nadar tanto de forma individual, quanto em forma de revezamento. J\u00e1 quem quiser nadar com os amigos no formato de equipe pode fazer sua inscri\u00e7\u00e3o pelo valor de R$1.000,00 a cada quatro horas ou por R$ 500,00 a cada duas horas. Para se inscrever os interessados precisam acessar o site do evento (<a href=\"https:\/\/seja.italo.com.br\/24horasnadando\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/seja.italo.com.br\/24horasnadando\/<\/a>) e preencher um formul\u00e1rio. Mas enganasse quem acha que \u00e9 apenas isso. Enquanto a galera estiver dentro d&#8217;\u00e1gua, estar\u00e1 rolando outras atividades fora da piscina.<\/p>\n<p>A come\u00e7ar por uma palestra com a medalhista ol\u00edmpica Poliana Okimoto \u00e0s 14h no dia 9 que ser\u00e1 aberta ao p\u00fablico geral. Alguns fisioterapeutas da\u00a0Care Club especialistas em corrida, estar\u00e3o no local pata conversa e tirar d\u00favidas com os participantes.
