O Campeonato Brasileiro e a Copa Brasil de \u00e1guas abertas chegam a sua 5\u00aa etapa neste fim de semana no Billings Country Club, em S\u00e3o Bernardo do Campo. A prova de 5 km ser\u00e1 realizada simultaneamente com o Campeonato Paulista que tamb\u00e9m ocorrer\u00e1 no mesmo dia. Grandes nomes das \u00e1guas abertas est\u00e3o confirmados para a prova, com destaque para Allan do Carmo, Betina Lorscheitter e Ana Marcela Cunha.<\/p>\n

Esta ser\u00e1 a primeira prova oficial da campe\u00e3 ol\u00edmpica no Brasil ap\u00f3s a conquista da in\u00e9dita medalha em T\u00f3quio. Ana Marcela esta inscrita para nadar apenas os 5 km no domingo, nadando tanto pelo Brasileiro, quanto pelo Paulista. Sem d\u00favida ser\u00e1 a grande atra\u00e7\u00e3o do fim de semana e inspira\u00e7\u00e3o para os demais nadadores presentes na competi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

No s\u00e1bado ser\u00e3o realizadas as provas de 10 km do Campeonato Brasileiro e 5 km da Copa Brasil e no domingo acontecem as provas de 5 km do Brasileiro e 2,5 km da Copa Brasil. As provas ser\u00e3o disputadas em formato de circuito com uma volta para os 2,5 km, duas para os 5 km e quatro para a maratona de 10 km.<\/p>\n

O Yacht Clube da Bahia lidera o ranking geral da prova dos 5 km no Brasileiro com 402 pontos, seguido pelo Gr\u00eamio N\u00e1utico Uni\u00e3o com 317 e pelo Iate Clube de Bras\u00edlia com 276. Na prova de 10 km no Brasileiro o Gr\u00eamio N\u00e1utico lidera com folga somando 2.182 pontos, seguido pelo Yacht Clube da Bahia com 1.772 e pela Atenas Academia com 1.269.<\/p>\n

Na \u00faltima etapa, realizada em Bras\u00edlia, a prova de 10 km do Campeonato Brasileiro tamb\u00e9m era classificat\u00f3ria para o Sul-Americano Juvenil que ser\u00e1 realizado no Peru e para a Copa Pac\u00edfico que ser\u00e1 no Equador. Al\u00e9m disso, a prova de 5 km definiu os \u00faltimos classificados para o Sul-Americano Juvenil e para a Copa Pac\u00edfico. Para esta quinta etapa os atletas mais bem colocados no ranking geral dos 10 km s\u00e3o: Carol de Hertel no feminino e Bruce Hanson no masculino com 219 pontos.
