N\u00e3o \u00e9 exagero dizer que o revezamento 4x100m medley misto nos Jogos Ol\u00edmpicos de T\u00f3quio-2020, realizados em 2021, chamou muito a aten\u00e7\u00e3o global. Primeiramente por ver bastante altern\u00e2ncia na lideran\u00e7a, visto que cada pa\u00eds pode montar a escala\u00e7\u00e3o que desejar, desde que tenha dois homens e duas mulheres. E a outra raz\u00e3o da visibilidade do revezamento, foi a p\u00e9ssima apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do Estados Unidos, que escalou mal sua equipe e ficou muito longe do p\u00f3dio, algo que \u00e9 raro na nata\u00e7\u00e3o competitiva.<\/p>\n

Mas as novidades nunca param e a FINA j\u00e1 programou o lan\u00e7amento do revezamento 4x1250m misto em \u00e1guas abertas para o Campeonato Mundial de Esportes Aqu\u00e1ticos, que acontecer\u00e1 em maio de 2022 em Fukuoka, no Jap\u00e3o. Novidades sobre revezamentos misto, n\u00e3o param de acontecer, e quem tamb\u00e9m vem inovando \u00e9 a Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Aqu\u00e1tica Paulista (FAP), que realizou o revezamento 4x500m misto. O evento aconteceu no mesmo dia que o Campeonato Paulista de 5 km e 2,5 km para todas as categorias,<\/p>\n

Mas como funciona o revezamento 4x500m misto? Primeiramente os atletas precisam ter a mesma touca, para se caracterizar como time. \u00a0Na sequ\u00eancia, \u00e9 entender a regra, cada time tem dois atletas sendo que eles precisam nadar duas vezes cada um. E para finalizar, cada equipe pode escolher se deseja come\u00e7ar com atleta masculino ou feminino. Vale lembrar tamb\u00e9m, que embora todas as equipes compitam juntas, h\u00e1 a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o por faixa et\u00e1ria, levando em conta a soma das idades dos dois integrantes da dupla.<\/p>\n

Parece que h\u00e1 muitas regras, mas na verdade s\u00e3o regras bem f\u00e1ceis de assimilar. Uma das estrat\u00e9gias da FAP, n\u00e3o \u00e9 atingir somente os nadadores federados, mas tamb\u00e9m os vinculados e os masters. Desta maneira, cada vez mais o Campeonato Paulista fica mais democr\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n

Quem cruzou a linha de chegada em primeiro lugar, foi a dupla formada pelos nossos editores: Catarina Ganzeli e Patrick Winkler. Catarina at\u00e9 o ano passado, representava o Unisanta e \u00e9 tetracampe\u00e3 do Rei & Rainha do Mar na prova de 10 km. J\u00e1 Patrick, que hoje \u00e9 remador de paddleboard, mas continua firme e forte na nata\u00e7\u00e3o em aguas abertas tem um longo hist\u00f3rico e festivais esportivos.<\/p>\n

\u201cParece que foi f\u00e1cil, mas posso garantir que n\u00e3o foi, pois a concorr\u00eancia era forte. Importante lembrar que o primeiro tiro de 500 metros n\u00e3o pode ser 100%, pois precisa guardar energia para o pr\u00f3ximo tiro de 500m, que acontece num intervalo aproximado de seis minutos\u201d, comenta Catarina Ganzeli, gerente de novos neg\u00f3cios na SWIM CHANNEL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
