A Travessia Canal de Ilhabela tem algumas particularidades. Como publicamos na semana passada aqui na SWIM CHANNEL<\/strong> sobre as dificuldades em subir ao p\u00f3dio na classifica\u00e7\u00e3o geral, hoje trazemos uma segunda parte dessa curiosidade. Por\u00e9m, iremos mostrar a dificuldade de ir ao p\u00f3dio nas disputas por categoria et\u00e1ria, que fazem desta travessia uma das mais competitivas do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

A come\u00e7ar pelo fato das categorias agruparem uma grande quantidade de atletas. Na Travessia do Canal de Ilhabela s\u00f3 existem seis categorias, todas definidas pela idade: 14 a 19 anos, 20 a 29 anos, 30 a 39 anos, 40 a 49 anos, 50 a 59 anos e acima de 60 anos. Como podemos ver, as categorias concentram muitos nadadores com alta diferen\u00e7a de idade, deixando a disputa bem interessante.<\/p>\n

Sendo assim, um nadador de 22 anos esta na mesma categoria de outro de 29. E podemos at\u00e9 pensar qual deles levar\u00e1 alguma vantagem perante seu advers\u00e1rio. Ser\u00e1 o mais jovem que provavelmente ter\u00e1 uma maior explos\u00e3o f\u00edsica? Ou ser\u00e1 o mais velho que ter\u00e1 a seu favor uma maior experi\u00eancia de ter disputado mais provas ao longo de sua vida? Uma pergunta que muitas vezes n\u00e3o temos resposta.<\/p>\n

Outro fator \u00e9 o fato da prova ter um percurso \u00fanico de 3,8 km. Diferentemente de outros eventos que t\u00eam em seu programa de provas m\u00faltiplas op\u00e7\u00f5es para o nadador, aqui o atleta s\u00f3 tem uma chance de subir ao p\u00f3dio. \u00c9 um clima totalmente diferente de outras competi\u00e7\u00f5es onde um atleta pode ir mal em uma prova, mas se recupera na seguinte e volta para casa com um trof\u00e9u. Na Travessia do Canal de Ilhabela essa op\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o existe e isso deixa as coisas mais dif\u00edceis e a travessia mais disputada.<\/p>\n

Por fim a prova atrai nadadores de todo o pa\u00eds, o que faz da Travessia do Canal de Ilhabela uma das provas mais concorridas e cobi\u00e7adas do Brasil. Inclusive, este ano j\u00e1 est\u00e3o confirmados atletas de 13 estados brasileiros e tamb\u00e9m do Uruguai, mostrando que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o apenas nadadores de S\u00e3o Paulo que se desafiam todos os anos nas \u00e1guas da Praia do Engenho D’\u00c1gua.<\/p>\n

A Travessia do Canal de Ilhabela \u00e9 realizada desde 2014 e este ano o evento ser\u00e1 transmitido a vivo via streaming nos canais de web TV da\u00a0SWIM CHANNEL<\/strong>\u00a0e do Aloha Spirit M\u00eddia. A travessia conta ainda com patroc\u00ednio da Prefeitura de Ilhabela, tem a Mormaii Nata\u00e7\u00e3o como marca oficial e \u00e9 organizada pela EcoOutdoor Sport Business.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
