Aconteceu neste fim de semana a primeira etapa do XTERRA Swim Challenge no ano de 2021. Este \u00e9 mais um evento de \u00e1guas abertas que retornou ao calend\u00e1rio nacional ap\u00f3s a fase cr\u00edtica da pandemia de COVID-19. E nas \u00e1guas da linda cidade de Paraty uma coisa parece que n\u00e3o mudou: Artur Pedroza segue vencendo e dominando a competi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

E Pedroza mais uma vez foi extremamente dominante, vencendo com larga vantagem no XTERRA Swim Challenge. O experiente nadador do Resende \u00c1guas Abertas concluiu os 3 km em 39min57s, quase sete minutos a frente do vice-campe\u00e3o do evento, Vinicius Souza da Vem Nadar com 46min39s. Em terceiro lugar chegou Airton Oliveira do Resende \u00c1guas Abertas com a marca de 50min54s.<\/p>\n

Na prova feminina a campe\u00e3 dos 3 km foi Julia Pasqualette do Tijuca T\u00eanis Clube que concluiu o percurso em 50min09s, tamb\u00e9m com boa vantagem sobre Cristiane Taffonneau do Resende \u00c1guas Abertas, a vice-campe\u00e3 geral com 51min21s. Em terceiro chegou Clara Carvalho com o tempo total de 52min50s.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 nos 1,5 km, mais uma vez Pedroza levou vantagem sobre Vinicius e venceu tamb\u00e9m a dist\u00e2ncia com 19min03s contra 21min23s do rival. Em terceiro lugar chegou Humberto Olivares da BF Swim com 21min57s. Entre as mulheres Cristiane Taffonneau levou a melhor e venceu com 24min20s. Mariana Cardoso do Vem Nadar foi a segunda com 27min19s e Andreza Silva, tamb\u00e9m da Vem Nadar, a terceira com 28min45s de tempo total.<\/p>\n
