Isso n\u00e3o quer dizer que provas de \u00e1guas abertas sejam perigosas e sim que existem riscos inerentes e que com um bom preparado (f\u00edsico e mental) o nadador pode superar as adversidades e nadar uma boa prova. Escoamento urbano<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O escoamento urbano pode causar problemas de pele, olhos e ouvidos. O escoamento urbano \u00e9 o escoamento superficial da \u00e1gua da chuva em \u00e1reas metropolitanas, mas tamb\u00e9m pode ocorrer em corpos d&#8217;\u00e1gua abertos pr\u00f3ximos a \u00e1reas agr\u00edcolas ou industriais. O escoamento urbano \u00e9 a principal fonte de polui\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1gua nas comunidades locais em todo o mundo e \u00e9 um dos principais motivos pelos quais muitos nadadores de \u00e1guas abertas n\u00e3o entram na \u00e1gua alguns dias ap\u00f3s uma chuva forte.<\/p>\n<p>Durante tempestades de chuva, estradas, estacionamentos e cal\u00e7adas constru\u00eddas com materiais como asfalto e concreto transportam \u00e1guas pluviais polu\u00eddas para os bueiros, em vez de permitir que a \u00e1gua se infiltre pelo solo. Esses peda\u00e7os de lixo flutuantes quase sempre v\u00eam do nada &#8211; e as vezes voc\u00ea acaba encontrando um lixo inesperado no trajeto. P\u00e2nico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depois de se aventurar al\u00e9m da costa e longe da terra, voc\u00ea pode entrar em p\u00e2nico devido \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es din\u00e2micas inesperadas da M\u00e3e Natureza. Grandes ondula\u00e7\u00f5es no oceano, grandes ondas costeiras, ventos fortes que causam ondas brancas ou um banco de n\u00e9voa em movimento r\u00e1pido podem fazer seu corpo desviar do caminho.\u00a0\u00c9 f\u00e1cil dizer, mas dif\u00edcil de fazer em \u00e1guas abertas &#8211; especialmente se voc\u00ea nadar sozinho &#8211; mas tente n\u00e3o entrar em p\u00e2nico enquanto estiver em \u00e1guas abertas e se algo inesperado acontecer. Se voc\u00ea come\u00e7ar a sentir p\u00e2nico, pare imediatamente de nadar e pise na \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n<p>Os nadadores de \u00e1guas abertas podem e devem sempre esperar o inesperado. Oceanos, mares, lagos, rios podem ser imprevis\u00edveis e diferentes condi\u00e7\u00f5es podem ocorrer a qualquer momento. Se algo terr\u00edvel ou novo acontecer em mar aberto, tente respirar profundamente, concentre-se em manter a calma e coloque os \u00f3culos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o na testa, se necess\u00e1rio, para ver melhor.
