O Rio Negro Challenge, considerado o maior evento de \u00e1guas abertas do Norte do Brasil, ser\u00e1 disputado neste final de semana (11 e 12 de dezembro). A competi\u00e7\u00e3o volta a contar com as provas para crian\u00e7as entre 8 a 12 anos de idade, no retorno do Circuito Curumim, al\u00e9m das provas de\u00a0 3 km, 1,5 km e o relay 500m e a tradicional Travessia Almirante Tamandar\u00e9.\u00a0Com vagas limitadas devido a pandemia de COVID-19 e atendendo todos os protocolos de seguran\u00e7a sanit\u00e1ria contra a COVID-19, o evento volta ao complexo tur\u00edstico Ponta Negra, zona oeste de Manaus, pela primeira vez em quase dois anos.<\/p>\n

\u201cConseguimos fechar um bom n\u00famero de inscritos, ser\u00e3o 368 inscritos em todas as provas, estamos na expectativa de fazer um evento maravilhoso, voltando da pandemia que \u00e9 uma coisa que est\u00e1vamos batalhando bastante para ter esse retorno.\u201d, comentou o criador do Rio Negro Challenge, Pierre Gadelha.<\/p>\n

Neste ano, a prova volta a acontecer em seu formato cl\u00e1ssico: saindo da Ponta do Camale\u00e3o com chegada na Ponta Negra.<\/p>\n

No s\u00e1bado (11) ser\u00e1 realizada a prova para as crian\u00e7as e a prova de relay. No domingo ser\u00e3o realizadas as provas de 1,5 km, 3 km e a prova a Travessia Almirante Tamandar\u00e9.\u00a0O congresso t\u00e9cnico, que seguir\u00e1 todas as normas sanit\u00e1rias de distanciamento social, ser\u00e1 realizado j\u00e1 nesta sexta-feira (10). A retirada do Kit ser\u00e1 na sexta-feira (10) das 7h \u00e0s 19h na sede da Aqu\u00e1tica Amazonas.
