A nadadora foi eleita essa semana pela Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional de Nata\u00e7\u00e3o (FINA) a melhor nadadora de \u00e1guas abertas do mundo pela s\u00e9tima vez em sua carreira. Um n\u00famero impressionante e recorde absoluto entre atletas de modalidades aqu\u00e1ticas, superando o chin\u00eas Shi Tingmao dos saltos ornamentais e a russa Svetlana Kolesnichenko do nado art\u00edstico que foram eleitos seis vezes pela FINA.<\/p>\n<p>A temporada 2021 de Ana Marcela teve como grande \u00e1pice a conquista da medalha de ouro ol\u00edmpica na maratona aqu\u00e1tica de 10 km dos Jogos de T\u00f3quio.
