‘O (des)governo do desporto em Portugal’.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 este o t\u00edtulo do livro que o presidente da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Nata\u00e7\u00e3o, Ant\u00f3nio Jos\u00e9 Silva, apresenta hoje na sede do Comit\u00e9 Ol\u00edmpico de Portugal (COP), em Lisboa.<\/p>\n

Segundo me disse: “este \u00e9 o primeiro de quatro volumes previstos”. E quais os temas? “O volume 1 \u00e9 este, sobre a relev\u00e2ncia social do desporto, e a falta de relev\u00e2ncia pol\u00edtica do mesmo”, tema bem atual em qualquer sociedade contempor\u00e2nea.<\/p>\n

Os volumes 2 e 3 ser\u00e3o “sobre os fatores cr\u00edticos do modelo de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do desporto que se quer competitivo em qualquer pa\u00eds, e neste caso em Portugal”, explicou Ant\u00f3nio Silva, que completou recentemente tr\u00eas meses na presid\u00eancia da Liga Europeia de Nata\u00e7\u00e3o (LEN).<\/p>\n

Ali\u00e1s, o seu primeiro Congresso Extraordin\u00e1rio \u00e0 frente da LEN realiza-se no pr\u00f3ximo s\u00e1bado em Cascais, cumprindo a promessa eleitoral de ‘prestar contas’ no final dos primeiros 100 dias de governan\u00e7a \u00e0 frente da ‘European Aquatics’.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, o volume 4 abordar\u00e1 “exemplos de projetos concretos que alavancam os fatores cr\u00edticos na prova do modelo ‘SPLISS’ (Sport Politics Leading Internacional Success),” revelou a SWIM CHANNEL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Quanto a datas de lan\u00e7amento, a previs\u00e3o \u00e9: 2023 para o volume 2, 2024 volume 3, e 2025 o volume 4.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m da presen\u00e7a do presidente do COP, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Constantino, e do artista pl\u00e1stico M\u00e1rio Vit\u00f3ria (autor da capa do volume 1), a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 feita por Alexandre Mestre, destacado especialista europeu em direito do desporto, ex-secret\u00e1rio de estado do desporto, e especialista tamb\u00e9m em olimpismo.<\/p>\n

Quando perguntei a Ant\u00f3nio Silva o porqu\u00ea da escolha, referiu: “porque tendo sido secret\u00e1rio de estado do desporto pode ser confrontado com pol\u00edticas desportivas”. E s\u00e3o estas \u2013 ou a sua aus\u00eancia \u2013 que ser\u00e3o abordadas no livro, e debatidas na apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica de hoje.<\/p>\n
