Entre os dias 21 e 23 de julho, ocorre de forma online a 17\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Encontro Nata\u00e7\u00e3o, maior encontro de profissionais da modalidade no Brasil. Este ano o encontro ter\u00e1 como atra\u00e7\u00e3o receber t\u00e9cnicos que obtiveram resultados expressivos no \u00faltimo ciclo ol\u00edmpico e tamb\u00e9m nata\u00e7\u00e3o master. Hoje apresentamos o terceiro palestrante do evento: Wlad Veiga.<\/p>\n

Durante o Encontro Nata\u00e7\u00e3o 2022, Wlad vai apresentar a seguinte palestra: \u201cEntendendo os passos do atleta da categoria de base para a elite<\/em>\u201c. Sua apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 no dia 22 de julho das 20h as 20h40, ap\u00f3s a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de Rodrigo Trivi\u00f1o e um breve intervalo.<\/p>\n

Wlad tem uma longa trajet\u00f3ria na nata\u00e7\u00e3o de base, tendo revelado e desenvolvido diversos bons atletas ao longo de sua carreira. Atualmente \u00e9 o t\u00e9cnico de Stephanie Balduccini, nadadora que foi ol\u00edmpica em T\u00f3quio e disputa a partir da semana que vem o Campeonato Mundial de Budapeste. Entre os temas abordados ele vai falar sobre qual \u00e9 o momento certo para um jovem atleta nadar um Brasileiro absoluto como sua prioridade e n\u00e3o mais um evento das categorias de base.<\/p>\n

No ano passado, Wlad foi eleito o melhor treinador j\u00fanior da temporada pelo Trof\u00e9u Best Swimming. Ao longo de sua carreira ele integrou algumas sele\u00e7\u00f5es brasileiras absolutas e nas categorias de base. Ele ainda \u00e9 p\u00f3s-graduado em Fisiologia do Esporte.<\/p>\n
