Aqui encontra-se de tudo, nata\u00e7\u00e3o com metragem curtas, provas das meia maratona (5 km), travessias de m\u00e9dias dist\u00e2ncias, provas de maratonas (10 km) e tamb\u00e9m um punhado de eventos que superam\u00a0os 15 km.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para os atletas que treinam com const\u00e2ncia, sejam eles federados pela CBDA ou n\u00e3o, a Maratona Aqu\u00e1tica 14 Bis virou o sin\u00f4nimo nacional de desafio em \u00e1guas abertas. A campanha viral por tr\u00e1s do nome 14\u00a0Bis cresce tanto a cada ano, que em breve ouso dizer, que atletas fora da nata\u00e7\u00e3o passar\u00e3o a saber o que significa completar os 24 km que separam Santos de Bertioga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O mais interessante \u00e9 que a prova passou a ser o objetivo do semestre de diversos atletas. Mais do que isso, nas \u00faltimas tr\u00eas semanas estivemos em peso no Desafio Aquaman (prova que acontece em Caraguatatuba) e na Travessia do Canal de Ilhabela. Conversamos com diversos atletas que utilizavam os dois eventos citados como prepara\u00e7\u00e3o para a 14 Bis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seja para os atletas que chegaram na frente ou para aqueles que visavam apenas completar o desafio, a meta do semestre. Ou seja, o topo da pir\u00e2mide do planejamento semestral era a \u201ctal\u201d14 Bis.
