A SWIM CHANNEL<\/strong>\u00a0foi homenageada pelos relevantes servi\u00e7os prestados \u00e0 sociedade e \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica esportiva da nata\u00e7\u00e3o em \u00e1guas aberta esta semana no Rio de Janeiro pela Leme to Pontal Swimming Association (LPSA), organiza\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0respons\u00e1vel pela realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Travessia do Leme ao Pontal.\u00a0A honraria aconteceu durante o evento de confraterniza\u00e7\u00e3o da entidade no audit\u00f3rio do Hotel Windsor, que fica bem em frente a Praia do Leme, ponto de partida das travessias. Al\u00e9m dos atletas que j\u00e1 conclu\u00edram a prova, estiveram presentes no evento representantes de equipes de \u00e1guas abertas e dirigentes.<\/p>\n

Criada em 2016, a\u00a0Leme to Pontal Swimming Association tem como principal fun\u00e7\u00e3o promover e organizar as travessias entre os dois pontos do Rio Janeiro, sejam eles individuais ou em revezamento. A entidade tamb\u00e9m premia\u00a0com trof\u00e9us e diplomas todos os\u00a0atletas que completam a prova e cuida da parte burocr\u00e1tica\u00a0de providenciar embarca\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0para\u00a0acompanhar os nadadores durante o percurso.\u00a0A LPSA tem como presidente o t\u00e9cnico de nata\u00e7\u00e3o Renato Ribeiro e como secret\u00e1rio Adherbal de Oliveira, que falou um pouco sobre a import\u00e2ncia da SWIM CHANNEL<\/strong> em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a prova.<\/p>\n

“A SWIM CHANNEL<\/strong>, como maior canal de nata\u00e7\u00e3o do Brasil, desde as primeiras travessia do Leme ao Pontal realizadas sob a chancela da Leme to Pontal Swimming Association (LPSA), relatou e registrou, de uma maneira muito especial, tudo que acontecia na maior e mais bela travessia do Brasil, proporcionando a visibilidade dos feitos realizados pelos nossos nadadores e prestando relevantes servi\u00e7os \u00e0 LPSA, bem como, contribuindo, significativamente, para a pr\u00e1tica da nata\u00e7\u00e3o em \u00e1guas abertas e para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da travessia a nado do Leme ao Pontal”, disse Adherbal que al\u00e9m de\u00a0secret\u00e1rio da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0tamb\u00e9m j\u00e1 realizou a travessia no ano de 2015.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m da SWIM CHANNEL<\/strong>, que recebeu um placa como membro honor\u00e1rio tamb\u00e9m foram homenageados Marcos Arzua, a empresa \u00cdtaca Esportes e Samir Barel, que tamb\u00e9m j\u00e1 completou a travessia em\u00a0fevereiro deste ano ao lado de H\u00e9lio Araujo J\u00fanior na categoria revezamento com neoprene. O evento tamb\u00e9m aproveitou para premiar os mais recentes\u00a0atletas que conclu\u00edram com sucesso a prova: as equipes do All Caps e do Nautilus 60 Mais.
