Paraty ser\u00e1 a cidade respons\u00e1vel por encerrar mais uma edi\u00e7\u00e3o do XTERRA\u00a0Swim Challenge, o\u00a0tradicional circuito de esportes em outdoor mais famoso do mundo. Organizado no Brasil\u00a0pela X3M Sports Business, o\u00a0evento ter\u00e1 na cidade fluminense sua \u00faltima etapa da temporada. Novamente ser\u00e3o\u00a0duas provas de nata\u00e7\u00e3o em \u00e1guas abertas\u00a0com percursos em\u00a0dist\u00e2ncias de 1,5 km e 3 km. Desta vez as largadas ocorreram no per\u00edodo da tarde, no dia 2 de dezembro, a partir das 15h15.<\/p>\n

As duas travessias da etapa ocorrer\u00e3o na Praia do Pontal onde ser\u00e1 montado um circuito de 1,5 km em formato de funil (veja na imagem do mapa abaixo).\u00a0Para a prova menor \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio concluir\u00a0uma volta e\u00a0na\u00a0mais longa duas voltas. O tempo limite de cada prova ser\u00e1 de 1h para o 1,5 km e 2h30 para os 3 km. Para poder disputar o evento \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio apresentar um termo de responsabilidade e os atletas menores de idade precisam ter uma autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de um respons\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n

Todos os participantes do XTERRA receber\u00e3o medalhas especiais ao concluir a prova. Os cinco melhores no geral e os tr\u00eas melhores no PCD (portadores com defici\u00eancia) levar\u00e3o trof\u00e9us pela conquista e tamb\u00e9m ganham desconto na inscri\u00e7\u00e3o para a pr\u00f3xima etapa.\u00a0Completam a programa\u00e7\u00e3o em\u00a0Paraty\u00a0os eventos de Triathlon, Half Trail Run de 21 km, Short Night Run de 6,3 km, as provas de Mountain Bike Cup Pro de 38,3 km, Cup Sport de 27,4 km e Enduro e o XTERRA Kids.<\/p>\n

A etapa definir\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m os campe\u00f5es gerais e por categoria do Swim Challenge. At\u00e9 o momento os l\u00edderes na ranking geral dos 3 km s\u00e3o Arthur Pedroza e Ariadne Rodrigues. No 1,5 km lideram a temporada at\u00e9 o momento os nadadores Daniel Cunha e\u00a0Silvanila Pires.\u00a0As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es para o Swim Challenge da etapa de\u00a0Paraty est\u00e3o abertas at\u00e9 o dia 30 de novembro e podem ser feitas\u00a0clicando aqui<\/a>.<\/p>\n
