Fato \u00e9 os equipamentos tem a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de ajudar na corre\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica do nado, aprimorando o rendimento do atleta.<\/p>\n<p>Quando estamos na \u00e1gua, os materiais oferecem uma resist\u00eancia maior durante a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do movimento. Trata-se de um material utilizado com o objetivo de aumentar a velocidade do nado. Ele funciona como uma extens\u00e3o da a\u00e7\u00e3o propulsora das pernas. O p\u00e9 de pato tamb\u00e9m interfere diretamente na flutuabilidade do corpo, mantendo o quadril elevado, fazendo com que ele fique uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o mais alinhada com a superf\u00edcie da \u00e1gua, diminuindo o arrasto e facilitando o deslizamento do atleta no meio l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n<p>Portanto, \u00e9 material que trabalha for\u00e7a, t\u00e9cnica e coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do nado. Com uma \u00e1rea maior, mais volume de \u00e1gua \u00e9 empurrado durante o nado. Com isso, a propuls\u00e3o que o atleta tem para se locomover aumenta. Isso exige mais for\u00e7a durante as pernadas, mas menos repeti\u00e7\u00f5es. Ou seja, a frequ\u00eancia de pernada diminui durante o treino.<\/p>\n<p>Pode n\u00e3o parecer, mas para a pr\u00e1tica da maratona aqu\u00e1tica, as nadadeiras s\u00e3o diferentes daquelas longas usadas por mergulhadores.
