A nata\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um esporte comumente indicado para pessoas com problemas na coluna por ser uma atividade f\u00edsica de baixo impacto. Pois, provoca menos estresse nas articula\u00e7\u00f5es e na coluna vertebral em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com atividades f\u00edsicas terrestres como corrida, por exemplo, devido \u00e0 flutuabilidade da \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n<p>Isso n\u00e3o significa, por\u00e9m, que os nadadores est\u00e3o livres de enfrentarem problemas na coluna. As les\u00f5es mais comuns na coluna vertebral relacionadas \u00e0 nata\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o geralmente causadas por uma t\u00e9cnica inadequada ou pela sobrecarga repetitiva de certos movimentos. As les\u00f5es musculares ou ligamentares s\u00e3o causadas por movimentos repetitivos, sobrecarga nos m\u00fasculos e ligamentos da coluna ou ainda desequil\u00edbrios musculares de for\u00e7a ou encurtamentos.<\/p>\n<p>A dor muscular nas costas ou a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201ccoluna travada\u201d\u00a0 s\u00e3o sintomas comuns neste caso. Podem ocorrer ainda les\u00f5es traum\u00e1ticas de compress\u00e3o vertebral. Em primeiro lugar, adequar a carga de treinamento. Manter-se ativo em intensidade moderada ir\u00e1 ajudar em uma recupera\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0 mais r\u00e1pida.
