Quando devo me preocupar?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Por Thiago Medeiros Rodriguez *<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Todo atleta que se preze tem muito medo de sofrer algum tipo de les\u00e3o que possa afast\u00e1-lo dos treinos e\/ou competi\u00e7\u00f5es. Entre nadadores as dores no ombro s\u00e3o frequentes. Felizmente, na maioria das vezes, elas s\u00e3o apenas sinais de que houve algum tipo de\u00a0 sobrecarga. Por\u00e9m quando tornam-se persistentes as dores atrapalham o rendimento e a performance gerando preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Um trabalho cient\u00edfico de 2015, conduzido por pesquisadores da Arkansas State University e da University of Washington, prop\u00f4s a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma ferramenta v\u00e1lida e confi\u00e1vel para ajudar os nadadores a determinar quando devem buscar por um profissional de sa\u00fade para cuidar das dores no ombro. A Swimmer\u2019s Functional Pain Scale (SFPS), em uma tradu\u00e7\u00e3o livre Escala Funcional de Dor para Nadadores, \u00e9 uma escala focada na dor durante as atividades funcionais do atleta, classificando o resultado por zonas em uma escala de 0 a 10 pontos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-56556\" src=\"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/ombro.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"732\" height=\"609\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/ombro.jpg 732w, https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/ombro-216x180.jpg 216w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 732px) 100vw, 732px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Em um resultado de 0 a 3 pontos o atleta \u00e9 classificado na zona branca (normal), que significa que a dor \u00e9 relacionada ao cansa\u00e7o do treino e n\u00e3o requer interven\u00e7\u00e3o. De 4 a 5 pontos, zona amarela (aten\u00e7\u00e3o) a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 adequar o programa de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o e condicionamento f\u00edsico. De 6 a 8 pontos, zona laranja (reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o) \u00e9 recomendada a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o dos treinos e iniciar um programa de reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o.
