O ano era 2000, eu estava na cidade de Santos participando do Campeonato Paulista de Inverno. Na etapa do domingo de manh\u00e3, eu era o \u00fanico nadador da equipe que iria cair na \u00e1gua para nadar os 100m livre. Todos da equipe foram para o clube para acompanhar minha prova.<\/p>\n<p>Momentos antes de cair na \u00e1gua eu me dei conta que havia perdido todas as minhas coisas. Estava com a roupa do corpo, \u00f3culos, touca e meu age group da prova. Nesta hora bateu um certo desespero. Fui para todos os lados atr\u00e1s da minha mochila e nada. Chegou a hora da prova. Respirei fundo, passei pelo balizamento e cheguei at\u00e9 a piscina. Estava sem meu documento. A \u00e1rbitra da minha raia chamou o \u00e1rbitro geral, ele veio at\u00e9 mim e contei o que havia acontecido com as minhas coisas. Quando bati a m\u00e3o olhei para a arquibancada, vi o pessoal da equipe comemorando, meus pais emocionados, foi incr\u00edvel!<\/p>\n<p>Hist\u00f3ria a parte, hoje posso concluir que, mesmo sem saber na \u00e9poca, naquele dia fiz um \u00f3timo trabalho de ativa\u00e7\u00e3o muscular. Um grande exemplo \u00e9 o caso do nadador Nicholas Santos. No mundial de Budapeste em 2022 afirmou ter feito muscula\u00e7\u00e3o no dia da final dos 50m borboleta em que conquistou o terceiro lugar: \u201cPara esse Mundial eu acabei aumentando o tempo de descanso. Para quem n\u00e3o entende, descansar nesse n\u00edvel por um tempo um pouco grande j\u00e1 d\u00e1 muita diferen\u00e7a. Nos primeiros dias em Budapeste, eu nadava e sentia meu bra\u00e7o passar meio que reto na \u00e1gua, sem puxar tanto. Com isso eu decidi ir para a academia no dia da final. Normalmente eu paro uns 3 ou 4 dias antes da competi\u00e7\u00e3o, mas mudei no Mundial. Acabei fazendo uma s\u00e9rie mais curta e intensa. Apostei em exerc\u00edcios com at\u00e9 quatro repeti\u00e7\u00f5es e muita carga. Um exemplo \u00e9 o agachamento que eu fiz uma s\u00e9rie de quatro movimentos com 120kg. Isso \u00e9 um peso alto para se fazer no dia da prova. Sa\u00ed da academia me sentindo bem melhor, me senti o Nicholas mesmo\u201d, comentou o nadador na \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_21794\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-21794\" style=\"width: 2362px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-21794\" src=\"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/alex-treino07.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2362\" height=\"1575\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/alex-treino07.jpg 2362w, https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/alex-treino07-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2362px) 100vw, 2362px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-21794\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Carga de Treino &#8211; Foto: Satiro Sodr\u00e9\/SSPress\/CBDA<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Fisiologicamente a ativa\u00e7\u00e3o muscular aumenta a circula\u00e7\u00e3o sangu\u00ednea nos m\u00fasculos, aumenta os impulsos nervosos enviados pelo c\u00e9rebro, aumenta a temperatura corporal, melhora a viscosidade do tecido muscular, consequentemente melhorando o desempenho muscular.<\/p>\n<p>A ativa\u00e7\u00e3o muscular feita de forma correta, auxilia em contra\u00e7\u00f5es musculares mais potentes e movimentos mais fluidos e eficientes, poupando os sistemas cardiovascular e musculoesquel\u00e9tico e diminuindo, em consequ\u00eancia, o cansa\u00e7o, as compensa\u00e7\u00f5es e as chances de les\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Vale ressaltar que exerc\u00edcios de ativa\u00e7\u00e3o muscular n\u00e3o s\u00e3o alongamentos, n\u00e3o s\u00e3o iguais para todas as modalidades e n\u00e3o devem ser cansativos.
