O Campeonato re\u00fane dos dias 12 a 17 de junho 604 atletas de 108 clubes e ser\u00e3o dias intensos de disputas na piscina. Por isso, \u00e9 importante cuidar do corpo para superar os pr\u00f3prios limites. O corpo precisa de \u201ccombust\u00edvel\u201d para funcionar bem, e a forma de conseguir isso \u00e9 comendo de maneira correta. Massagens e relaxamento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Infelizmente, n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma realidade para todas as equipes poder contar com um fisioterapeuta ou um massagista durante as competi\u00e7\u00f5es. Mas existem formas de autocuidado que podem ser bem efetivas. Uma delas \u00e9 utilizar uma bolinha de t\u00eanis, por exemplo, para massagear pontos musculares doloridos. A massagem pode ser autoaplicada ou com a ajuda de algum colega de equipe. Alongamento e mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o articular<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fazer exerc\u00edcios de alongamento e mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o articular, assim como a soltura ap\u00f3s a prova ajudam a manter os m\u00fasculos e articula\u00e7\u00f5es mais livres, evitando dores. Antes das provas d\u00ea prefer\u00eancia aos exerc\u00edcios de mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s as provas, alongamentos em baixa intensidade s\u00e3o recomendados.<\/p>\n<p>Essas dicas simples certamente ajudar\u00e3o a manter a boa performance para alcan\u00e7ar bons resultados.
