Aos 32 anos o nadador Marcelo Chierighini \u00e9 um dos nomes mais recorrentes quando falamos do revezamento 4x100m livre masculino do Brasil. Com o resultado no Mundial de Esportes Aqu\u00e1ticos que est\u00e1 sendo realizado em Fukuoka, no Jap\u00e3o, o Brasil completa seis edi\u00e7\u00f5es consecutivas de Mundial de longa nas finais e Chierighini \u00e9 o \u00fanico nadador que estava presente em todas elas.<\/p>\n
No Mundial, o Brasil ficou em sexto com o tempo de 3min12s71. O time composto por Marcelo Chierighini, Guilherme Carib\u00e9, Felipe Ribeiro e Victor Alcar\u00e1 ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e1 classificado para os Jogos Ol\u00edmpicos de Paris, mas com o resultado fica perto da confirma\u00e7\u00e3o que s\u00f3 vai sair ap\u00f3s o Mundial de Doha, no Catar, no in\u00edcio do ano que vem.<\/p>\nMarcelo Chierighini – Foto: Satiro Sodr\u00e9\/SSPress\/CBDA<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
O atleta foi o mais experiente entre todos os que nadaram a final do revezamento, com 32 anos, \u00fanico acima dos 30 anos. Chierighini est\u00e1 entre os melhores e mais regulares membros da equipe desde pelo menos 2011. Ele est\u00e1 no p\u00f3dio Mundial do revezamento brasileiro desde a Univers\u00edade em Shenzhen em 2011, em que ele ficou com a medalha de prata. Em Dubai-2010 ele conquistou sua primeira medalha em Mundiais, na prova de 4x100m livre no Campeonato Mundial curta. Em Mundiais de curta ele tamb\u00e9m tem a medalha de bronze em Hangzhou-2018.<\/p>\n
O Brasil, tamb\u00e9m com a presen\u00e7a de Chierighini, conquistou o bronze no Campeonato Pan-Pac\u00edfico de Gold Coast em 2014. Desde ent\u00e3o foram muitas participa\u00e7\u00f5es em grandes eventos internacionais e com performances postivas da equipe do 4x100m livre. Membro da hist\u00f3rica medalha de prata no Campeonato Mundial de Esportes Aqu\u00e1ticos de Budapeste, em 2017, Chierighini esteve nas campanhas das finais em Mundiais de piscina longa em: Barcelona-2013, Kazan-2015, Budapeste-2017, Gwangju-2019, Budapeste-2022 e Fukuoka-2023.\u00a0O atleta tem ainda quatro medalhas em Jogos Pan-Americanos em revezamentos, sendo dois no 4x100m livre (Toronto-2015 e Lima-2019). Chierighini foi tamb\u00e9m ouro na prova individual em Lima-2019 e bronze em Toronto-2015.<\/p>\n
