Parte 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Por Thiago Medeiros Rodriguez *<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uma quest\u00e3o bastante comum entre atletas jovens e pais \u00e9 sobre qual \u00e9 a idade certa para come\u00e7ar a muscula\u00e7\u00e3o em nadadores? A primeira coisa que nadadores, treinadores e pais precisam entender ao decidir iniciar um programa de treinamento com pesos \u00e9 que o treinamento de for\u00e7a \u00e9 espec\u00edfico para cada faixa et\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>Para os mais novos e iniciantes, o mais importante \u00e9 aprender padr\u00f5es de movimento fundamentais em vez do volume ou da carga. Respeitar os limites do pr\u00f3prio corpo, a individualidade de cada atleta e a progress\u00e3o lenta e gradual da carga garantem um trabalho seguro e ben\u00e9fico para o nadador. Alguns pontos s\u00e3o fundamentais para o bom resultado da pr\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcios de for\u00e7a por atletas jovens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Mantenha a simplicidade<\/strong><br \/>\nO b\u00e1sico bem feito \u00e9 melhor do que o complexo errado. \u00c9 f\u00e1cil se deixar levar pelas postagens nas redes sociais sobre o que atletas espec\u00edficos deveriam fazer na academia. No entanto, essas recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o servem para todos os atletas. Periodize a For\u00e7a com \u00c1gua<\/strong><br \/>\nO treinamento de resist\u00eancia pode ser cansativo para nadadores mais novos, especialmente quando est\u00e3o come\u00e7ando. O plano de for\u00e7a deve funcionar em conjunto com o treinamento na \u00e1gua para evitar o ac\u00famulo de fadiga. Os dias ou semanas em que o volume ou a intensidade do treinamento s\u00e3o altos devem ser cuidadosamente planejados para que os atletas n\u00e3o treinem demais. A periodiza\u00e7\u00e3o depender\u00e1 muito da idade, habilidade e capacidade dos atletas envolvidos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Priorize a qualidade do movimento<\/strong><br \/>\nA qualidade do movimento deve sempre ter prioridade sobre a carga. A longevidade do atleta e a preven\u00e7\u00e3o de les\u00f5es ser\u00e3o resultado de uma mec\u00e2nica de movimento adequada e do gerenciamento de carga. Um programa s\u00f3lido de treinamento fora da \u00e1gua deve atender \u00e0s necessidades individuais. Todo nadador deve ser avaliado para determinar quaisquer necessidades corretivas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 postura ou instabilidades articulares. A idade biol\u00f3gica e a considera\u00e7\u00e3o do g\u00e9nero s\u00e3o fundamentais.
