O Pr\u00eamio Laureus \u00e9 um dos mais conceituados no esporte internacional e anualmente, elege os melhores atletas do mundo. A premia\u00e7\u00e3o visa alavancar o esporte profissional, ao mesmo tempo que compara atletas de diferentes esportes.<\/p>\n

Com muito orgulho, fa\u00e7o parte do grupo de eleitores do pr\u00eamio h\u00e1 aproximadamente 8 anos. Uma das vantagens do meu formato de voto, \u00e9 que n\u00e3o preciso escolher somente os indicados na p\u00e1gina de vota\u00e7\u00e3o e tenho a autonomia de colocar um atleta que esteja de acordo com minha an\u00e1lise esportiva.<\/p>\n
De todos os anos que participei, 2023 foi a edi\u00e7\u00e3o mais \u201cmagra\u201d que presenciei em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a indica\u00e7\u00e3o dos nadadores internacionais. Somente um \u00fanico atleta estava presente: Haiyang Qin da China<\/p>\nLeon Marchand – Foto: Jack Spitser<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
De fato, n\u00e3o tinha como este chin\u00eas n\u00e3o estar na lista. Possivelmente foi uma das maiores sensa\u00e7\u00f5es do Campeonato Mundial de Fukuoka-2023, vencendo os 50m, 100m e 200m peito, sendo que nesta \u00faltima estabeleceu novo recorde mundial da prova. Qin ainda conseguiu ganhar a medalha de ouro no revezamento 4x100m medley misto e a medalha de prata no revezamento 4x100m medley masculino. Uma campanha espetacular. Mesmo com um ano extraordin\u00e1rio, n\u00e3o sei se Qin levar\u00e1 o Pr\u00eamio Laureus 2023.<\/p>\n
Fiquei um pouco sentido de s\u00f3 encontrar o chin\u00eas na lista. Gozando do meu direito de escolher outros nomes, coloquei facilmente o franc\u00eas Leon Marchand que ganhou tr\u00eas medalhas de ouro em Fukuoka e que simplesmente quebrou o recorde mundial mais antigo da tabela, que pertencia a ningu\u00e9m menos do que Michael Phelps nos 400m medley.<\/p>\n
Uma outra categoria que inseri, foi uma indica\u00e7\u00e3o para a melhor equipe do ano. No caso, o revezamento 4x200m livre masculino da Gr\u00e3-Bretanha. Por qu\u00ea? Se analisar o quarteto formado por Matt Richards, Tom Dean, Duncan Scott e James Guy, perceberemos que o revezamento \u00e9 fulminante e praticamente n\u00e3o tem ponto fraco.<\/p>\n
A nata\u00e7\u00e3o precisa de mais reconhecimento no cen\u00e1rio internacional e com a aposentadoria de Michael Phelps, precisamos cada vez mais de novos nomes que consigam ultrapassar a bolha do segmento e atingir a grande massa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
