Nadadores iniciantes devem ter um bom n\u00edvel de condicionamento f\u00edsico antes de iniciar a pr\u00e1tica de crossfit, especialmente para evitar les\u00f5es;<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o profissional: \u00c9 fundamental ter acompanhamento de um profissional de educa\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica com experi\u00eancia em crossfit e nata\u00e7\u00e3o para garantir a execu\u00e7\u00e3o correta dos exerc\u00edcios e evitar problemas;<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Equil\u00edbrio com o treino de nata\u00e7\u00e3o: O crossfit n\u00e3o deve substituir o treino de nata\u00e7\u00e3o.
