A ordem em que voc\u00ea completa seus treinos importa ou \u00e9 irrelevante em termos de sucesso do seu treinamento? Esse tipo de quest\u00e3o \u00e9 bastante comum e muitos nadadores t\u00eam d\u00favidas sobre qual a melhor forma de conciliar os treinos dentro e fora d\u2019\u00e1gua.<br \/>\nHoje vou tentar esclarecer essas d\u00favidas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nadar primeiro<\/strong><br \/>\nNadar antes de fazer a muscula\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 \u00f3timo para aumentar a queima de calorias ao longo da sess\u00e3o de muscula\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso acontece pela eleva\u00e7\u00e3o da frequ\u00eancia card\u00edaca gerada pela nata\u00e7\u00e3o. O aumento da temperatura interna, eleva as demandas metab\u00f3licas impostas ao seu corpo. Concentrar a maior parte da energia na sala de muscula\u00e7\u00e3o resultar\u00e1 em melhores ganhos de for\u00e7a. Depois que todo o glicog\u00eanio se esgotar na academia, a queima de gordura durante o treino de nata\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 mais eficiente. A desvantagem dessa t\u00e9cnica \u00e9 que pode ser dif\u00edcil se esfor\u00e7ar para uma sess\u00e3o de nata\u00e7\u00e3o imediatamente ap\u00f3s um treino intenso na academia. Os m\u00fasculos ficar\u00e3o cansados e poder\u00e1 ocorrer perda de t\u00e9cnica na nata\u00e7\u00e3o devida ao cansa\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, o que \u00e9 melhor? Depende do seu objetivo!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para melhorar o desempenho da nata\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><br \/>\nSe o objetivo \u00e9 melhorar o desempenho na nata\u00e7\u00e3o, nade antes do treino de for\u00e7a. Para produzir um est\u00edmulo de treinamento eficaz, os m\u00fasculos devem estar descansados antes de treinos de nata\u00e7\u00e3o longos ou intensos. M\u00fasculos cansados antes de nadar impactam negativamente na t\u00e9cnica e efici\u00eancia na \u00e1gua. Isso pode causar tens\u00e3o e les\u00f5es por uso excessivo dos m\u00fasculos e articula\u00e7\u00f5es. N\u00e3o \u00e9 recomendado fazer um treino de fortalecimento quando os m\u00fasculos j\u00e1 estiverem cansados da piscina. Fica mais dif\u00edcil treinar na intensidade necess\u00e1ria para fornecer um est\u00edmulo de treinamento ideal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Perder peso<\/strong><br \/>\nSe o objetivo \u00e9 perder peso, treine for\u00e7a antes de nadar para esvaziar os estoques de carboidratos. Isso for\u00e7ar\u00e1 o corpo a produzir energia principalmente a partir de gordura, em vez de carboidratos, durante a nata\u00e7\u00e3o. Sempre digo aos meus pacientes que existe o ideal e o que \u00e9 poss\u00edvel fazer. A ideia aqui \u00e9 trazer luz e algumas explica\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os motivos de fazer o treino em determinada sequ\u00eancia.
