Mas ser\u00e1 que aprender e nadar regularmente outros estilos \u00e9 importante para os nadadores de \u00e1guas abertas e triatletas?<\/p>\n<p>Sem d\u00favidas, a maior parte dos treinos de nadadores de \u00e1guas abertas e triatletas \u00e9 dedicado ao nado crawl, at\u00e9 porque \u00e9 o estilo utilizado nas competi\u00e7\u00f5es. Les\u00f5es por uso excessivo devido a desequil\u00edbrios musculares s\u00e3o comuns, dolorosas, impedem voc\u00ea de treinar, podem ser dif\u00edceis de tratar e impactam no rendimento esportivo . Portanto, nadar outros estilos aumenta o repert\u00f3rio motor, ativa outros grupos musculares dos ombros e promove um equil\u00edbrio muscular na regi\u00e3o, evitando assim muitos problemas.<\/p>\n<p>Quanto ao desenvolvimento de habilidades. Os humanos s\u00e3o mam\u00edferos terrestres, a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o ao ambiente aqu\u00e1tico pode levar algum tempo. Por isso, quanto maior o seu repert\u00f3rio motor, mais f\u00e1cil se torna essa adapta\u00e7\u00e3o. Explorar todas as formas de se movimentar na \u00e1gua sempre traz benef\u00edcios para nadadores e triatletas.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, embora voc\u00ea possa gostar de entrar no ritmo da sua bra\u00e7ada e se distrair, isso pode ser entediante. Quebrar a monotonia \u00e9 divertido e tamb\u00e9m mant\u00e9m a mente mais ativa. Mas o que \u00e9 prefer\u00edvel avan\u00e7ar, ainda que lentamente, ou parar completamente no meio de uma prova quando algo d\u00e1 errado? Vento, mar\u00e9s, correntes ou apenas m\u00e1 navega\u00e7\u00e3o podem desvi\u00e1-lo do curso e algumas respira\u00e7\u00f5es visuais podem dificultar a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o da pr\u00f3xima b\u00f3ia.
