Este conjunto muscular forma um centro de for\u00e7a atrav\u00e9s do qual todos os movimentos do corpo s\u00e3o se iniciam. Muito mais do que uma moda passageira nos treinamentos de nata\u00e7\u00e3o, a for\u00e7a do CORE tem se mostrado cada vez mais importante para o sucesso na piscina. Estabilidade e equil\u00edbrio na \u00e1gua<\/strong><br \/>\nUm CORE forte proporciona maior estabilidade e equil\u00edbrio. Isso ocorre porque o centro do corpo atua como um estabilizador da pelve e da coluna. Mant\u00e9m voc\u00ea alinhado<\/strong><br \/>\nTente alinhar seu corpo com a barriga solta (n\u00e3o flexionada). Agora fa\u00e7a isso enquanto contrai o abd\u00f4men e os gl\u00fateos. Percebe a diferen\u00e7a? Ativar os m\u00fasculos abdominais te mant\u00e9m em uma linha r\u00edgida. Fora da piscina, isso significa que voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 uma postura melhor, algo que muitos dos nadadores que conhe\u00e7o poderiam se beneficiar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Preven\u00e7\u00e3o de les\u00f5es<\/strong><br \/>\nNada aborrece mais um nadador do que uma dor aguda em uma das articula\u00e7\u00f5es dos ombros. Ter um CORE desenvolvido significa um corpo reto e alinhado, reduzindo o estresse nas articula\u00e7\u00f5es e nos m\u00fasculos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Mais pot\u00eancia, por mais tempo<\/strong><br \/>\nProvavelmente, o benef\u00edcio que mais lhe agradar\u00e1 \u00e9 este.
