O Swim Grand Prix Portugal recebe atletas do mundo todo para nadar entre os dias 21 e 22 de Setembro de 2024. A nadadora ol\u00edmpica Leonie Beck est\u00e1 confirmada no evento para participar da Travessia de 5 km, ap\u00f3s competir nos Jogos Ol\u00edmpicos de Paris.<\/p>\n

A atleta iniciou a sua carreira ao sagrar-se campe\u00e3 nacional da Alemanha nos 1500 metros livres. Mais tarde e ap\u00f3s v\u00e1rios t\u00edtulos, decidiu dedicar-se \u00e0 nata\u00e7\u00e3o em \u00e1guas abertas e, nos Jogos Ol\u00edmpicos de T\u00f3quio, em 2021, ficou em 5.\u00ba lugar na prova de Maratona Aqu\u00e1tica de 10 km. A ateta conta ainda com v\u00e1rias medalhas de ouro nos Campeonatos Mundiais, sendo as suas especialidades as dist\u00e2ncias de 5 e 10 km.<\/p>\n

O Swim Grand Prix, foi nomeado o Evento do Ano a n\u00edvel mundial em 2023 pela WOWSA, classificado em s\u00e9timo lugar e reconhecido como Evento de Interesse P\u00fablico pelo Governo de Portugal. Veja os detalhes do evento deste ano aqui.\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

No s\u00e1bado, dia 21 de setembro, parte a Travessia mais longa em Portugal continental, com 20km. A prova tem in\u00edcio na Doca de Bel\u00e9m, enquadrada pelo Padr\u00e3o dos Descobrimentos, e atravessa os concelhos de Lisboa, Oeiras, com a chegada na Praia dos Pescadores, em Cascais. No mesmo dia, ser\u00e1 realizada a prova de 10km. A Travessia tem partida na Praia da Torre em Oeiras, e chegada tamb\u00e9m na Praia dos
\nPescadores, em Cascais.<\/p>\n

O evento inclui tamb\u00e9m dist\u00e2ncias para crian\u00e7as e um novo modelo de competi\u00e7\u00e3o que desafia os nadadores, com v\u00e1rias Travessias ponto a ponto, de 5 km, 1,9 km e 1 km, que passa por praias da costa entre Lisboa e Cascais. A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o espera a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de cerca de mil nadadores de 40 nacionalidades.<\/p>\n
