Eles precisam empurrar, puxar, girar por horas a fio todos os dias, semana ap\u00f3s semana, ao longo de anos.<\/p>\n<p>Para realizar esses milh\u00f5es de movimentos de bra\u00e7o acima da cabe\u00e7a \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que todo complexo formado pela articula\u00e7\u00e3o glenoumeral (ombro), a esc\u00e1pula, a clav\u00edcula, a coluna dorsal e a coluna cervical, bem como os m\u00fasculos envolvidos se movam em conjunto.<\/p>\n<p>Embora as causas do ombro do nadador sejam frequentemente atribu\u00eddas \u00e0 fadiga geral, m\u00e1 t\u00e9cnica e desequil\u00edbrios musculares, uma coisa que voc\u00ea pode e deve fazer regularmente para ajudar a prevenir essa les\u00e3o \u00e9 fortalecer e estabilizar as costas.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_66615\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-66615\" style=\"width: 733px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-66615\" src=\"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/049022ea-3872-426d-aad5-02cb91854044.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"733\" height=\"630\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/049022ea-3872-426d-aad5-02cb91854044.jpeg 733w, https:\/\/swimchannel.net\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/049022ea-3872-426d-aad5-02cb91854044-209x180.jpeg 209w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 733px) 100vw, 733px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-66615\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Esc\u00e1pula &#8211; Foto: Reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Aqui est\u00e1 o porqu\u00ea<\/p>\n<p>O que acontece com nossos ombros com instabilidade da esc\u00e1pula?<\/p>\n<p>Certamente voc\u00ea aprendeu com seus treinadores, colegas de treino e mesmo na internet sobre a import\u00e2ncia de fortalecer o manguito rotador.<\/p>\n<p>Esse sempre foi o foco de aten\u00e7\u00e3o quando eu era um jovem atleta &#8211; as dores no ombro do nadador se resolviam usando uma faixa el\u00e1stica, realizando obedientemente movimentos de rota\u00e7\u00f5es internas e externas.<\/p>\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos anos, no entanto, mais aten\u00e7\u00e3o se voltou para a influ\u00eancia que a esc\u00e1pula tem no desempenho dos ombros.
